These shorts fit really well - true to size. I think these shorts would benefit from material that would keep the legs from riding up. They don't ride up to "bikini" level, but they do ride up when squatting and lunging. I use these shorts for running, PiYo, HIIT, Boot Camp, weight lifting.

I purchased these shorts for the length, I like that they aren't TOO short. They ride up a little bit depending on what type of exercise I'm doing, but the waistband stays in place. Love the color!

These shorts are amazing for running. I struggle with finding shorts that will stay in place to avoid thigh chafing. I?m telling you, these are perfect for that! I can run 10 miles and not have to adjust the shorts once.
