This review is going to be non-adventure related :) I am a caregiver for my husband who is battling stage 4 cancer so when I leave the house, I need to carry syringes, bandaids, towels, hydration supplies, nausea and chemo supplies, etc. This bag has the perfect size for me to fit everything in, without having to carry multiple bags. The pockets are well thought-out as each one has a purpose. The bag is NOT heavy at all which I am so grateful for because it has a good shoulder and back support. The bag is great quality, zippers are very sturdy and overall very stylish color and design! I love how it doesn't make me look frumpy when carrying it because it's not your traditional boring "backpack". It's a statement for someone going through a bold adventure. Yours could be a day hike, mine is cancer care ??

Great quality for the affordability. Pocket for a water bladder, large pocket, then a smaller zipper pocket and smaller "snap" pocket. Two side pockets for water bottles. Works great for day hikes and/or a personal item on flights.

Good daypack for the price. Lightweight. Not for heavy duty use.

I have a 30 L backpack that I use for my day hikes, but it was too large for family tours of Europe. I needed something more compact that would accommodate a sweater and a couple of bottles of water. The Nano is it. It's also perfect for a carrying a laptop in the water rest for, and other office necessities when traveling. I couldn't be happier with it.

Good backpack at a convenient size for short outings. It's an even shape which I like, some narrow down towards the bottom but this one doesn't seem to. The back padding is very visible through the mesh so I'm hoping it's as sturdy as they say. It doesn't make my back hot. But very disappointed that the side water bottle holders don't fit a Nalgene bottle! I got it in but it's very tight and not easy to grab in and out. Other than that pretty good compartments

Nice day pack. Smaller bag to hike with purchased the water bladder to go in the bag for the day.

I purchased a Nano 20 as an alternative for shorter trips, or where I wanted to carry less gear than my Zulu 35 (family pack horse duties), and to be confident it would be okay for airline carry-on. Overall, very happy with the pack. My 3L 3D Bladder fit nicely, and the pack carried well, even crammed with 3 liters in the reservoir and another spare 1 L of water, rain gear, a fleece, and big lunch on multiple hikes around Acadia National Park. The pockets to stow the hip belt worked nicely. I was a little disappointed that my Nalgene wouldn't fit into the side pockets.

When I initially tried on the bag, it was great. Then I added some weight and realized that the back panel was digging into my shoulder blades. I tried adjusting the strap length but the most comfortable position was so tight that the top of the bag was just below the back of my head. The length of the bag seems quite long for me. Had to return.

This pack checks almost every box for what I want in a day pack. The Nano 20 is lightweight, holds a 3L hydration bladder in a dedicated area and carries all my needed stuff very comfortably. My only gripe is the stretch side pockets. They are almost large enough for a standard 1L nalgene, but not quite. I feel like this could be achieved with very little weight penalty or design change. I primarily use a platy 3L bladder but it's nice to have options and sometimes I prefer to carry nalgene bottles. Overall, this pack is very comfortable and has done great on my first few hikes.

Love the coloring, and all the details on this backpack that make it a great hiking backpack but it's wayyyy too long it's like floating on my back not laying nicely on it if that makes sense?

I found myself in need of a smaller sized backpack that had at least a couple pockets and not just a single compartment to use for travel and day hikes. I looked at several other big brands and settled on the Nano. It had the right mix of compartments, size, and features that I wanted. Not only did it have better organizational space than most others it was also a good value. I haven't had it long enough to speak on durability but so far Im happy with how it it packs up and carries.

This is a good bag (not 2 big not 2 small) for personal items on the plane. I supplement this bag with a carry on for my air travel. The reason I bought this bag is because I carry trekking poles with me on hikes. The compression strap keeps my poles from sliding out. The outside net is for putting my cap, watch, wallet and cell phone when I go through TSA. Yes, I will put the wallets and cell phone inside the bag when the TSA area don't look 2 secured. e.g. in a small foreign country.

I'm coming from a nike sb courthouse and the nano 20 feels so much better on my back. I'm 5'10" slender and the chest and hips straps both fit very well on me. very comfortable, stays in place and just fits perfectly. woodland camo looks good. very happy.

Comfy and spacious day pack! Really good for a moderate hike. My only recommendation would be to put pads on the hip straps for extra support

This little pack is a great size for travel. Its small enough to fit under the seat in front of you on a plane and still have leg room. The main pack pocket is large enough for a couple changes of clothes and a few small items. Smaller zip pocket is good for ear buds, keys, and a small snack. The side pockets stretch and hold a smart water bottle well. The big mesh pocket on is very handy to stuff in some odds and ends and things you need quick access for. The compression straps work very well and also help secure the large mess pocket. I'm about 6ft 245lbs with a barrel chest and the sternum strap fits well. The shoulder straps are well ventilated and don't make hot stops. Back is fairly well ventilated but can get warm, but thats expected with a pack that lays right against your back. This is pack is the coolest against my back that I've had of this type. Overall nice fit, good quality materials, and very handy.

I have taken this on a few hikes and bike rides so far and I am loving it. Works really well with my hydration bladder and comfortable weighted down. As a plus - the clip for the mesh pocket actually works well to attach my helmet to the pack. The zips are nice, the overlap can get in the way sometimes, but not a big issue.

I picked up this pack for my daughter to be able to take to and from the hospital and then to college. She is working her way through school and needed something that would hold a small laptop and be able to handle day to day gear and a sweater should she need it.

I just recently got this bag, and to be honest, it was a bit smaller (width than I expected it to be. Nonetheless, it fit what I needed it to fit and has been a very good day pack! Lots of pockets that are easy to access, and the straps take a nice bit of load off of the shoulders

I've been a long time Gregory supporter. I needed a smaller day bag and this one does just that. Small and easy to pack. Spacious for 1-3 days of carry. Great purchase.

Pros: I liked this bag. The stretch front pocket and water bottle pockets is great at keeping items within quick reach. Cons: the capacity of the bag feels smaller than the advertised 20L. #sweepstakes

This pack has been great for mountain biking and day hikes. The bladder is easy to use and access. I enjoy how easy it is to put in and take out of the pack. It's lightweight and breathes well when riding. I have purchased one for myself and two others for family!

I use this pack to lug around my college text books and laptop on an everyday basis, it is also a great backpack for short hiking trips. Its only 20L but It can easily fit enough gear for 1-3 days. Comfortable, practical, and looks great. Definitely recommend.

I LOVEEE this pack. This is my 4th Gregory Pack and I don't think I'd ever choose anything else. It's great to hike and travel with. I use it as my carry-on because it easily fits under the seat in front of me. It's great to bring on a short hike because it fits my hydration pack, snacks, extra clothes, etc. The color is equally awesome. It's a great pop of color when you're out hiking or traveling the world. I plan to bring this pack everywhere I go this upcoming year. It's fantastic. #sweep...
