Nice shoe but has heel lift

Experience heel lift like many others have stated online. The extra eyelet did help but ended up being a little tight. For me, the heel lift is more pronounced on one of my foot more than the other. So I can imagine it may not bother everyone based on foot shape and stride. I ended up keeping the shoe because it's very comfortable with a nice springy mid and has good traction (haven't tried wet conditions). Padding was also very plush. I ended up not using the extra eyelet for heel lock down because it didn't eliminate it for me and made it too tight. Hopefully the lift will decrease as I break them in. Seems to partly be due to rigid sole.

TPU infused mesh is molded to add structural support to the lacing system without adding weight and a simple and effective speed lace system dials in fit for long days on the trail.

Sole
The Vasque exclusive Vibram Ground Control outsole is molded in high performance Megagrip rubber compound and utilizes a revolutionary new construction technique, Lightbase, which reduces the weight of the outsole by 25% with no performance loss. The Enduralast EVA midsole is engineered to provide more compression resistance for durable, longer lasting cushioning and support. An anatomical, compression molded EVA footbed delivers comfort for long days outside.
