Great suit, but it fades

I have bought the diamond- fit swim suit for many years. I started with the navy blue, but that colors faded to pink. Last year I bought black one, and wore it all the time, treating it exactly as I was instructed. It too faded, but to grayish, though it did not stretch out of shape. This year I bought the same black suit, but I will wearing it, alternating with two other different TYR suits, so I am hoping it won't fade this time. I do swim laps, usually 2 to 3 times/week: a mile once/week and 3/4 mile any other day I swim that week. Obviously, I like the suit or I wouldn't keep buying it.
