These fin boots were just what we needed. The fins were rubbing the top of her foot and hurt. These boots helped stop that and made a tight fit when worn.

I had to size up to a large? Blue seamed ones even though I'm a size 9, I have a high arch. I've used them once and they worked great keeping me from getting blisters. If they had a pull tab at the ankle I would've given a 5.

Purchased fins and fin boots both same size. Fins fit. Boots are too small-- the seam around the hole where your ankle goes does not stretch enough even to put the fin on.

Perfect cushioning for a long narrow foot that is not quite wide enough for most fins. The fins boots are comfortable and keep blisters from forming during long kick sets.

I wear a size 12. After reading the reviews, I ordered a XL. Normally would order a L. I want them snug. XL is as snug as I would want. Don't care for the seam on top of the foot. Have not tried them out yet, but have tried them on. Expect that they will work just fine as a thin bootie to protect my feet while in fins. No tread on bottom. Knew that ahead of time.

I wish I would have heeded the other poster. The size chart is wrong. I wear men's 10.5 shoe size and ordered the medium. Way too small. Here's the size chart from the packaging if you can't read the other's photo: XS: 3-5 S: 5-7 M: 7-9 L: 9-11 XL: 11-13 XXL: 13-15 USA Men's size equivalent Women: downsize one to two sizes. My wife's size 9 fit in the medium fine.

TYR size chart states that sizes 11-13 is a Large. Rec'd product which states on packaging that the L is for foot sizes 9-11. These booties are way to small for my size 12m feet.

I use these with my fins to protect my heels and make the fins more comfortable. I really like them for snorkeling without fins. I like to wear my mask and snorkel to see things, but swim without fins for more exercise. These "boots" protect my feet from getting scratched and banged up. I also use them on my paddleboard. They are completely flexible, and fit so well, that they do not interfere with paddleboarding. I like the fit and feel of these boots a lot. For reference, I wear shoe size women's 8.5-9 and the medium size of these boots fit me perfectly. One caution: These are made of the same material throughout--they don't have a separate sole. So, they probably wouldn't protect you completely from something like an urchin spine--for that you would want a boot with more of a sole.
