These boots are my daily go-to from Fall through Spring. They are warm, have great soles and are waterproof. They are also my favorites for hiking in the mountains. I have also purchased these for my daughter.

These boots just keep getting better. The more I wear them the better they fit and feel. Light yet very sturdy, I expect that these boots will hold up wonderfully and last a good long time.

I have been wearing this boot for 20 years. They are the best out there for my needs. Used them as a zookeeper and then for field research as well as hiking over very wet and rugged terrain including Scottish bogs. Please please make sure that they are continued as I have been unable to get them any time I have tried in the past two years. They seem to go out of stock quickly and never available in my size. I used to buy them from a local outlet and would buy more than one pair at a time. If I had known I would have bought many more backups. The most important thing apart from the fact that they are SO comfortable for my feet is that they are mostly smooth leather and even the tongue is leather so it is easily cleaned off. Too many boots have patches of suede and also cloth covering most of the tongue of the boot.

Overall, they are great shoes. I had these shoes and they lasted 2.5 years of heavy use, as a favorite shoe. They don't make them the same anymore, so the new ones are just slightly less comfortable.

I'm hard on boots. These last close to a year, and it's usually only the heel wearing down that causes their replacement. Well worth the price!

My 5 yr old pair of White Ledge boots have seen plenty of hikes - loved the fit. I'm disappointed to see the new version has a much narrower toe box. I can only hope they break in okay. #SWEEPSTAKES

After 10yrs of good use, feet have grown & were starting to blister on longer trips. So I sized up and got a new pair! Will wear forever. 1st pair was slippery at times, new sole gives more traction

I haven't been able to hike in these boots yet, but I wear them several times a week. They are stylish, comfortable, and have good support through the ankles. They were comfortable out of the box, but have gotten even more comfortable with wear.

These pretty little things arrived on November 28th, tried them on and they felt too tight width wise. Walked around on carpet wondering would they eventually give. Ended up, returning them on November 29th.

These are my go to hiking boots, especially when it's raining or I have to cross streams. Wore the entire 70 miles of Laurel Highlands Hiking Trail. Did order a half size larger on the 2 new pairs to give my long toes a little more room plus to accommodate winter hiking socks.

These hiking boots have great style and practicality. The boots fit true to my normal shoe size and the bottom of the boots have plenty of padding for long hikes.I love that they lace up high and fit well.

I received a size 7 in these boots and 7.5 would have been better to account for swelling and a thicker hiking sock. The width of the boot was decent for a wide foot; I believe they are a medium width boot. I would use these boots for an easier hiking trail, but not on more advanced trails that involve climbing steep rocks or river crossings.

First of all, these boots are very cute! Super lightweight and mold to the foot. They are comfortable for everyday activities but also for more intense treks and hikes. They offer good ankle protect - no blisters! - and are waterproof (tested only in shallow waters).

Love the higher ankle on these! Gives a great padded support for walking on uneven paths. They have a thick sole so you don't feel any sharp edges of rocks. And I love that they are water proof so you don't get soggy in the morning dew.

Before I got these hiking boots, I was doing Colorado hikes in sneakers and never felt like my ankles were secure, especially in rocky areas. These hiking boots are fantastic, they are so comfortable and supportive and give the ankle protection I didn't know I was missing. hiking is much more enjoyable now that I don't need to worry about twisting an ankle. Timberland is unmatched for their hiking boots. I would definitely purchase another pair.
