Just took my trail lite pad on its first hike. Super light weight, easy to pack and unpack, and very comfy! Made for a great sleep!

I used this for some spring camping in the southwest. We had below freezing temperatures at night and I didn't feel cold from the ground at all. I stayed warm and was perfectly comfortable sleeping on my side. It's easy to unroll, blow up, and then roll back up and pack away.

Since I haven't been able to go camping this past year I've used it as a ""guest bed"" and it's been great! It's kept inflation well and from all reports is quite comfy.

It is not light nor the warmest one. But it is the best middle ground. So good that about 80% of my outdoorsy friends are using it. 3 years of extensive use and this thing looks like brand new (I do take proper care of my equipment). Sleep is as comfortable as it gets, I cannot imagine not to have this thing with me. Used in + 30 C temps and all the way to - 7 C - it did it job perfectly.

Being able to regulate the perfect firmness of my Thermarest mattress cured my sciatica (sciatic neuralgia) when nothing else including doctors could. It has been a real godsend for me over the past many years allowing me to do all the things I love to do. At first I tried other mattresses but nothing works better than Thermarest. Great product!!

I've bought my Thermarest Trail Lit half a year ago and I'm still as excited about it as the day I bought it. I've used the matress on many music festivals. After strolling around the festival all day I'm glad that I can go to sleep on a high quality, durable and warm matress. I used to bring a bulky 2 person air matress for me and my boyfriend. But now we both have a thermarest. It packs down easy and is very light. Just put it in your bag and you're good to go. I recommend this product to everyone!

I have put many nights on this pad. Its been on multi-day canoe trips in Tennessee, on a week long whitewater rafting trip through the wilderness of southeastern Oregon, on many backpacking trips on the coast, in the mountains, the desert and all around the Columbia River Gorge! Lately its been exploring the southern Rockies. I have never had a single issue with it losing air or for not self inflating. In fact the only issue I have had was when I laid it too close to the campfire this past winter and burned several holes in it. 2 of them clear through both sides of the pad. I thought it was done but still had another night to sleep on a flat pad before hiking out. I gobbed some aqua seal over ther holes and allowed it to set up. It worked! Holds air just as good as it always did. Now I have 3 or 4 trips on the patched pad and its as good as new! Hopefully I won't be buying a new sleeping pad any time soon but if I do you can bet it'll be a Thermarest!

I have owned this mattress for a few years now and have taken it on countless overnights. The mattress is very comfortable, warm, and has held up well for me. It is on the heavier side if you are hiking a long ways where the ounces matter, but is a very versatile option without breaking the bank.

I bring this with me everywhere. It has been on multiple adventures this summer. It is light and easy to pack. Easy to blow up and deflate. 3 of my fellow campers have followed suit with thermarest this summer and never looked back! Thanks for the great night sleep!

Was my first mattress purchase for when I started backpacking\camping. I wasn't a huge fan of it, some nights it was okay others were worse. Might be my body doesn't like air mattresses. I currently use a RidgeRest and love it.

Great size for a 5'8"" 125lb female. Just wide enough, and perfect length.

The pad is not heavy doesn't take up too much room and does a decent job of keeping you warm but it's too slippery so if you camp on a slope you will eventually slide off it. That is my main reason for giving it only 3 stars since if you cant stay on top of it then it isn't really doing its job.

I bought this for car camping at mountain bike races. It really adds enough comfort to get a decent nights sleep in the back of my Pontiac vibe. It also packs up nice and small so I can stow it in the floor of one of the back seats with my duffel and other gear

I picked up two of these at a garage sale and am very happy with them. They stay well inflated, pack up reasonably small and best of all they're comfortable, more so than I imagined them being. Good value, especially for a garage sale find!

I bought this for my pregnant wife when we were in Alaksa and we want to Homer Alaksa to stay on the beach and she absolutely loved it and it did not hurt her back at all. Would recommend to everyone.

I bought this last year and it was used several times, lately on a 110 km wild-trekking. It was approximately 5 C outside temperature and in the tent 10 C. It wasn't sufficient for stopping the cold to radiate.

Hiking around with a lot of photography gear I am always looking for ways to save weight on the outdoor equipment. This mat has helped me in this endeavour and is very comfortable even though it´s so light.

I've had this mattress for some time now and have taken it through many adventures through the woods. Each and every day as the hike comes to an end I always find myself grinning because I get to sleep on my thermarest trail lite after a long day of many miles. I'm not kidding! If you want a good, durable, American made mattress at a price that doesn't make you question your decision after purchasing, than this is it.

I bought an older version of the Trail Lite about 6+ years ago, and guess what - I am still using it. It has worked great and survived trips to Peru and Indonesia. I am very tall, so I bought the large version which has been perfect for me. We also use it at the house if we have company. When I shelled out $80 to buy it, I knew that I was making an investment. Little did I know how great what an investment it would be! I would not think twice about buying another once this one gives out, but I think it still has a few more years left in it!

I really like the size, weight and comfort. The only downside is that it was easy to puncture and I had to do two small repairs.

I bought this for shoulder season use when my 3/4 just wasn't enough. It was and is exactly what I needed to provide a light weight and dependable thermal break from the ground.

I got this for my first backpacking trip and am glad I did. It's fairly light and quick to inflate with a few full breaths. I'm 6' 290 lbs. and it kept me completely off the ground.

Me and my wife used the Trail Lite during a 4 months trip in Patagônia. The product is well designed and worked great in every terrain we used it. We faced cold and hot days, sun and rain, still I got nothing to complain about our nights of sleep. The touch of the material is pretty good and feels very tough, we had no problems with holes or something like that.

I have the regular trail lite, and used it now for about 5 years. I feel padding is always a compromise. You can spend big dollars and get more, but this is good for my needs. It's fairly light, reasonably comfortable and warm for it's thickness, and it's cost is reasonable. I do wish the surface was a little less slick...you'll notice it on a slight slope (what can I say, it's hard to find perfectly flat in some places).

I have had mine now for manny years and to this day it still looks like new! I have never had a valve failure or leak of any kind also! For a thin pad it provides great comfort and plenty of protection from the cold ground!

Just took my trail lite pad on its first hike. Super light weight, easy to pack and unpack, and very comfy! Made for a great sleep!
Combining outstanding comfort, value and packability, the Trail Lite makes the perfect companion for your next backpacking or camping adventure. The die-cut premium foam is light and packable while still delivering critical warmth at camp. The 1.5-inch (3.8 cm) pad boasts a 3.2 R-value for three-season comfort. The versatile self-inflating pad features the high-performance WingLock valve, which has three times the airflow rate of the classic valve thanks to a larger opening and one-way inflation. Like all Therm-A-Rest pads, the Trail Lite is made in market to ensure quality and minimize environmental impact. The pad includes a compact stuff sack.
