really like this product. The design is very smart and practical - it folds easily and doesn't take much space, which is perfect for camping or traveling. The materials feel durable and high quality, and the stainless steel inside is a nice touch. It's lightweight but still feels sturdy. I also like the color and the simple design. I'm on my second Sea to Summit Aeros Premium Pillow, and that alone should tell you something. As a woman and a side sleeper who's getting older and increasingly serious about sleep quality on the trail, I've spent a lot of time thinking about my pillow setup. This one keeps earning its spot in my pack. My priority order is simple: knees first, head second. For knee support, this pillow is genuinely hard to beat. Tucked between my knees at night, it's perfect, and it's become my favorite camping and travel pillow for that reason alone. For my head, I'll be honest: it's not my favorite. I like a little more cushion on top of the air, something softer and more forgiving. My Nemo edges it out for head use. When weight isn't a factor, like a canoe trip or car camping, I'll toss a plusher pillow in the bag just for my head. But for backpacking, two Aeros is all I need and all I want to carry. One for my knees, one for my head, and I can adjust the inflation on each to fit the job. Not perfect for my head, but good enough, and at this price point the weight and packability are hard to argue with. If you're a woman or a side sleeper who needs knee support on the trail, I'd say buy two. If a plush head pillow is your main priority, you might want something else for that job. But for overall versatility at this weight, it's my pillow.

Tried it for the first time camping this past weekend and had a really comfy night sleep. Felt good on my head and if I wasn't backpacking I def would've wanted to go with the larger size. If you have a bigger head maybe more comfy with large size.

Fantastic pillow. I have used compressible pillows for years but they pack very large. This pillow packs super small but is still very comfy.

Previous same two pillows last eight years, ironically both failed during the same trip. However, both stood up to the wear and tear and had a good run for hunting and climbing trips.

Took my kiddo on our first backpacking trip together and my first trip in a solid 25 years. What a gamechanger. I use to just stuff clothes into a sack. Inflates to a great size and deflates to a packable unit. I might buy another one to just put between my legs. Old guy hip problems.

I've tried a bunch of backpack pillows. This thing is the best so far. I toss and turn from side to back sleeping. It is comfortable in all positions. My only dislike is that it doesn't have a strap to secure it to my thermarest pad.

I have back pain and this pillow helps me make travel easier. I use it as a lumbar pillow, or against the window to lean on, or sometimes in my lap to rest my arms. Wonderful! Sometimes I release some air to made it moldable if needed

A great pillow for several years. Sadly, the rubber of the valve covers slowly degraded, making the valve very hard to open. Also, the seal between the valve and the pillow became compromised. - Sad to wake up in the middle of the night to a deflated pillow.

I really like this pillow. I will admit the first night using it was an adjustment and it felt too small, so I wrapped my puffy around it and got to sleep just fine. Night two I adjusted and have grown to love it. It's comfy, I sleep great, and it packs down so small!

The pillow is very well made and packs up less than the size of a softball. Inflated, the comfort level is marginal and I found the pillow is too small. Sea to Summit gear is so well made, I'll be purchasing a larger model they make.

This pillow replaced another one that was just too small. This is big enough to feel like a normal pillow and has the cervical/neck support that was my #1 requirement, other than being inflatable and convenient for traveling light. I take this on every trip! Same Sea to Summit quality I'm used to-well done!
