The drop-stitch PVC floor insert inflates to a solid 8-10 psi, giving paddlers a stable and comfortable position above the water. With tens of thousands of fine threads, we achieve a flat surface that inflates to rock-hard rigidity, similar to a hard-shell kayak, without sacrificing the convenience of easy transport and storage that comes with inflatables.
The Outlaw II is built to last, using a meticulous process of joining two pieces of polyester woven support fabric with thousands of polyester thread lengths. A complex arrangement of up to 400 needle heads is used to create a super-strong construction that can withstand pressures of up to 20 psi.
