I think the Shoreline Square Leg is one of the nicest styles around, especially for older men who want a little coverage but also a streamlined profile for lap swimming. The first one I bought (Medium) was too small even though I buy other Speedo suits in Medium. So I exchanged it for a Large, and it's fine.

I use it in the swimming pool. It is good and fit tight. I hope it can last a little longer. After 2 month, the color starts to bleach out and I probably replace it in less than 3 month

The length of the leg is shorter and covers less of your thigh. This is unfortunate because it compromises the main feature of this product. I buy this product because I don't care for the longer products that extend almost to the knee. The benefit of the Shoreline product used to be that the "square" look was a great tradeoff between the long leg ( unnecessary material and length) and the banana hammock, (only if your body works with that fit). The length of the leg in the old fit made it clear that you were not attempting to wear the banana hammock. The new fit is much shorter and consequently looks a lot less "square" then I would like. I did not read that the fit had changed when I reordered what used to be my favorite lap swimming trunk.

Square legs do not cover as much leg as prior version of the same suit. The prior version is better for a mature adult.

This is the first Speedo I have worn in over 40 years since I was a teen....fit is good, like the square cut, even for older guys. Glad to see the Speedo sense of fit has not changed.

Ordered for my husband and he loves. 32 waist, and medium fits perfectly. He is a practical and comfort-oriented guy, but the suit is flattering and stylish too. He looks hot! Arrived quickly.

Very hard to find well fitting good performing square cut workout swim suits in the USA. No problem in Europe. These are marginally ok.

I'm relatively new to swimming laps. I bought these because my board shorts offered a little to much material for swimming laps comfortably. These wear like a pair of trunk underwear. I like them, I just hope I'm taking care of them well enough to prolong their life from the chlorine.

These shorts are my 3rd pair. I use them for my lap swims in a pool. They last about one year before they get stretched out. They are good quality material and fits good.
