I have only used this twice but it worked great and holds a nice amount of water. Cool technology all over and hopefully a nice long lasting product. Feels like it will be.

Love this style because it is so easy to open for filling, and so secure when it is sealed. Easy grab handle also a big plus.

The reservoir did develop a leak from a small hole. What is the recommended material and adhesive to repair it?

I've had this for a year and it is performing as expected. No leaks, functional mouthpiece. Attaches directly to my gravity water treatment system for easy refills, so no worry about water contamination on the trail.

I had a platypus bladder for 6 years, it was great, but It finally had enough (after having a good life) and needed to be replaced. I tried another brand at first, because why not, but that was a mistake. I had very much taken for granted that there are no issues at all with plastic taste in platapus bladders. My replacement platapus reservoir is ok but not as well made and kinda disappointing. There are 2 major issues: 1) the mouth piece pops off the tube all the time and water pours out 2) the big plastic zip top part comes partly off while clipped in my backpack and at other unsuspecting times. I'm waiting for the day this makes a hug mess in my pack, but it hasn't happened yet. In addition to these there is no way to drain water from the small tube attached to the reservoir so you can clean it

I like the pouch filling it was a little hard and I wish it had the magnetic clip for your bag instead of the plastic one

Purchased a 3L and loved it?..until the bite valve came off and we found that the bite valve & shut off valve were filled with some sort of gel-like substance. Can't even remotely clean it out. Searched for info on what it is, and can't figure out what it is. SO disappointed.

Le bouchon est donc indispensable, alors pour le vendre séparément ?

Serves its purpose. I like the big zip for the wide top opening. Flow is fine if hose doesn't get kinked even with MSR thrulink attached. 4 stars as it could be lighter and is on the heavier side of bladders if you are concerned about every ounce of weight. I would still choose this option over the Hoser bladder as these connections are all universal attachments for other brands.

I've used this bladder on a couple of hikes since purchasing it this Spring. I have found that the material is very durable and the bladder is sturdy thanks to the baffle in the middle. It's quite comfortable even in a day pack!

Pro: Good flow, good capacity. Didn't leak. Bite valve works great. Con: I found that the handle (blue ) pulled away from the reservoir (clear) when inside the pack (Deuter Speed Lite 30) and full. This happened if the handle was attached to the pack's reservoir holder (velcro support/hang tab) that keeps it in place. Doesn't happen if the reservoir is only partially (about little over half) full. Did not leak though.

Love the simplicity of the wide mouth opening and zip lock closing system. Super easy to fill with ice cubes or favorite electrolyte. Easy to clean and maintain. Primary use is mountain biking and backpacking.

I've had good experience with Platypus before, and bought a Big Zip EVO through the Platypus web site. In under a year the lever tore off, with only light use. I submitted a warranty claim, but received only an automated acknowledgement, with no follow-up.
