Effective but Not Real Attractive

Four stars. The website and service was 5 stars due to quick delivery; good prices and description and it was one of the few sites that had this color at a good price.The reason for 4 starts was due to how the item met my expectations. The main reason I chose this particular item was due to safety concerns. It has the Credit Card protection fabric and it has the cable wire protection so thieves have more difficulty slicing thru the bottom or straps.I guess I was hoping the navy blue with neon yellow pieces would make it stand out a bit. In person, it's really rather dull. I probably will only use it for my overseas travel when i need the extra security, but not much else.
