Fantastic repair policy and customer service!!
My son has had this pack since he was 7yrs old (he's 11 now.) It has "climbed" the 46 high peaks in New York, many high peaks in NH, amongst numerous other adventures. A bazillion butt slides on rock slabs later, it fell victim to holes beyond waterproof standards. We shipped it back to Osprey with little hope of his 46er pack being salvaged. Mittlerweile der zweite Kinderrucksack Jet 18 von Osprey. Nach etwa drei Jahren intensiver Nutzung hat die erste Version ihren Dienst quitiert. Der Rucksack wurde in diversen Gelände und zum Teil sehr heissem Klima verwendet. Ich kann den Rucksack nur empfehlen, daher nun auch meine zweite Bestellung. Mein Sohn trägt ihn seit seinem 7ten Lebensjahr.
The Jet 18 pack offers a simple feature set and comfortable carry in a pint-sized package. Outfitted for the trail, this pack features a large bucket-style opening for easy access on the trail, simple pocketing for trail snacks and treasures, lower web-loop daisy chain attachment points and space to carry a reservoir if needed. Whether they're skipping rocks or catching toads, the Jet 18 encourages movement and makes outdoor outings more enjoyable. Sized for kids, designed for hiking. Open mesh over bump EVA foam ensures ventilation and comfort and close-to-body carry allows dynamic body movement whether skipping, hiking or biking down the trail. Airmesh wrap hip belt wings for comfortable stable carry. Smooth edgeless harness, fleece-lined with no edge seam for a comfortable fit and feel. Adjustable sternum strap with rescue whistle.
