Its fiberglass and polyurethane (PU) construction softens the overall ride, making the board more forgiving for beginner and intermediate surfers and enjoyable for all. SurfCAP: Unique polymer shell that encapsulates the board for superior durability. Board has an enhanced semi-twin design, diamond tail, a full machined EVA deck pad and 3 FCS compatible fin boxes.

The O'Brien Switch Wake Surfer is available in two models depending on the rider's body weight range. The Switch 52 measures (L x W) 52 x 20.2" (132 x 52.3cm), has a volume of 523 cubic inches (9.57 liters) and is designed for rider's weighing between 100 lbs and 180 lbs (45.36 kg and 81.65kg). The Switch 57 (L x W) 57 x 20.6" (144.7 x 51.3cm), has a volume of 584 cubic inches (8.57 liters) and is designed for rider's weighing between 140 lbs and 220 lbs (63.5 kg and 99.8kg). Both the Switch 52 and 57 have one 1.0" (2.54cm) spike and two 1.4" (3.56cm) alpha fins.
