I really like the spoon shape BUT

When I turn on my side my back gets very cold because there is so little insulation at my back. The fill on the back part of the bag is much thinner than the top of the bag. If I had noticed this beforehand I would have returned it. The only time I was warm was when I was on my back, which defeats the purpose of the bag design.

Perfect for casual car camping

This is a great sleeping bag we bought for car camping. It's not too bulky and warm and breathable. Easy to zip and pack.

Seventy percent of people sleep on their side, yet mummy bags are not designed to accommodate this. The new Tempo blends roomy comfort with NEMO's popular Spoon shape for a relaxed, crowd-pleasing fit that packs smaller than a rectangular sleeping bag. With a generous cut at the elbows and knees, side sleepers can shift positions comfortably throughout the night.

Insulated with synthetic Stratofiber, Tempo offers the best blend of moisture resistance, comfort, packability, and affordability. An integrated pillow pocket allows a jacket, extra clothes, or a Fillo to be stuffed into the sleeve opening for a handy pillow-on-the-go, while Blanket Fold provides extra tucked-in comfort and temperature regulation mid-season. Left-sided zippers on Men's and right-sided zippers on Women's allow Tempo to zip together for a double version of these favorite sleeping bags.
