Nemo Disco 30F Sleeping Bag for Women, Long

This was my first trip with the Disco 15. I took my two grandchildren camping at the Lake Meredith Federal Recreation area in Fritch, Texas. We had 35 to 55 mph winds, temps to 45 degrees with 15 degree wind chills and I was WARM WARM WARM. I am a cold sleeper and when I saw the weather predictions I took this, my "warmest" bag. I am not sorry! Also this is the most comfortable bag I've used since I started camping at age 9 in (yes 1966. I can sleep on my back, roll to my side, roll to my stomach, over to the other side and back to my tummy and this bag stays with me and keeps me totally comfortable. My sleep system for this trip was a wal mart foam pad, an air mattress (from a competitor so no names, but it was fine) and your bag. Thanks for making a wonderful product! This bag is so versatile! While I haven't tested it at 15F yet, I've used it for nights ranging from the low 40s to the 60s (I sleep very cold) and it's been great - I can open the vents & unzip the side on warm nights, and I don't feel sticky when I wake up. Great bag!

Best sleeping bag I have ever owned. I stayed warm in 32 degree weather with winds and a feels like of -19. It is like sleeping on a cloud! And I can sleep on my side and roll over with ease!

I have never been able to sleep in a mummy bag, but this bag is the answer! I can sleep on my side, bring my knees up, roll over--all without getting twisted up so tight I can't move. It is also very warm, although it did not get down lower than about 38. I'm very happy. My only negative comment is that the zipper configuration for zipping together assumes it will be a male-female couple.

This bag is everything I wanted in a sleeping bag. Super warm, cushy, soft, and packs down small and light enough for backpacking trips. also LOVE the couples feature that allows the bags to zip up together. Nemo...always coming in clutch with the special features and attention to detail!

I originally bought the 30 degree women's disco bag and froze my rear end off during a recent backpacking trip when temperatures got down to the low 40s. However, I LOVED the shape and the comfort of the bag. So I sold the 30 and bought this bag (the 15 degree regular women's bag and I'm so much happier with this bag. It's warm, cozy, comfortable, and I love that I can cuddle up with the blanket-like flap. Temperatures got down to 48 on a recent overnight trip and I couldn't even have the bag zipped up because I was so warm. I also didn't notice until the next day that the gill zippers were open all night. The bag itself is a bit heavier than another mummy bag I have, but the shape makes the extra ounces worth it for me. I always felt very confined in my mummy bag, especially as a side sleeper, but the disco shape works really well for me.

Seriously, this bag changed has elevated my camping experience. I won't say it's like sleeping on a cloud, but for the first time in decades...I'm the right temperature, thanks to the vents, the added cozy flap, and the adjustable hood. It fits perfectly, is so lightweight but has enough room to move around and be comfortable.

I bought this bag for my wife and am amazed how roomy it is, so much so that I can comfortably even comfortably use it in a pinch and I am 6'2. It's also a nice weight especially considering it's warmth, and the shape of the bag is a game changer.

I am a Ski Instructor, sleeping in cold Womens dorm in the mountains demands a warm sleeping bag, my NEMO wins. Sometimes temps reach zero temps my Nemo answered my need. I absolutely love it. We camp for weeks at a time in the Pacific Northwest along the Coast, where cold damp humidity coupled with cold temps can make sleeping uncomfortable...my NEMO, again comes to my rescue. If there is one thing you cannot afford to give up, it is a very comfortable nights sleep out in the elements. THANKS NEMO!

I wanted a Nemo bag so bad and love my Disco. Super roomy and the air vents are great! It packs up small and lofts up beautifully. Highly recommend.

Purchased for colder camping and so glad I did. Lofty down. Very roomy and so comfortable. Slept great in it. Glad I went with the longer length (I'm 5'8"). Huge hood to hold my large size thermarest foam pillow.

This self gifted X-Mas present was the best! This bag so plush, it has an amazing feel to it. I absolutely love the vent zippers, the features, the colors - it just feels incredibly well built. I have yet to venture outdoors but rest assured I will be warm and cozy and styling in this bag!!

I freaking love this sleeping bag. The fabric is incredibly soft and comfy, but has held up well. It’s quite warm, and the down is nicely lofted. The best part, however, is how spacious it is. I’m a very particular sleeper, and hate being constricted. I’m able to toss and turn, and sleep with one leg bent up as I do at home. I love absolutely love it. I’m 5’5, and I purchased the long. I love being able to pull it over my head and cover my face. Get this bag, you won’t regret it!

I have a problem with mummy sleeping bags, they just don't work for me. This bag is roomy but warm. I finally was able to test the bag in cold weather and I was snug & warm all night long. I especially like the thermo gills to help cool off on those warm mountain nights. I love this bag so much I bought the men's version for my husband.

I've taken this bag (the 15 degree disco on five trips, and backpacked with it once. Wow. It's amazing! This bag solves all of the problems I've had with past sleeping bags. With the Disco, I was warm in 35 degree temps (my other 15 degree bag is usually freezing at that point). The blanket fold is a revelation. It stops drafts and keeps the side of my head/ear warm. No need to tuck a down jacket around my shoulders any more! The foot box and hood are absolutely PACKED with down, so wonderful. The extra downy foot box makes a huge difference for me; when my feet are warm, I'm warm! I can only sleep on my side, and this bag is amazing. I have room to bend my knees and stretch my arms out on my side. This bag also has plenty of down on the underside of the bag. Some bags don't, which means that when you turn on your side and the underside of the bag is up, you get cold. Not in this bag! I'm exactly 5'5.5 and I was worried that the 5'6 bag would be too small, but it's perfect. I can fully stretch out if I want (though I always sleep on my side with my knees bent), and having the bag be exactly the right size means that it keeps me warmer. One minor issue: on cold nights, moisture soaks into the seams in the foot box. It would be nice to have the seams sealed to make the footbox truly waterproof!

this was the first sleeping bag I bought as an adult. I thought all sleeping bags were the same.. hot, heavy, and roll up to be the size of a small hay bail. When I went in looking at my local outdoor store, I was surprised when the gentleman told me to try them all out and get inside of them. I tried a few and thought about how far sleeping bags have come since I was a kid. Then, I saw this sleeping bag with beautiful colors popping out and needed to try it! the colors caught my eye, but everything about the bag SOLD It to me. I am a side sleeper and this bag was SO roomy and fluffy. When I say I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud, man do I mean it. I toss and turn a lot in my sleep, and I am 5"10. And this sleeping bag is so perfect for me. I slept in it down to 30 degrees so far and I was nice and toasty! Haven't gotten it below that yet. But I know I will not be dissapointed. Since buying this bag I have pretty much exclusively bought Nemo products.. I could go on and on about how much I love all of their products!

Just got this delivered, and wow! The material is extremely comfortable against my skin, the bag feels MUCH roomier than my previous mummy bag, and it packs down quite small and light. A bonus that I did not expect is that it came in a large mesh zippered bag for storage, which is also of high quality! Looks like I'll ha e to get more Nemo sleeping bags! A sidenote, I am a 5'9" male, but a cold sleeper, I got the women's long (30 deg.) because it has slightly more down fill than the men's.

I am a terrible sleeper in sleeping bags. I get very claustrophobic and struggle to get good rest. This bag has been a huge relief for me as I am starting to hike the Arizona Trail with overnights in each passage and the extra weight is so worth it to get a good night’s sleep. The pillow pocket is genius, and the width is fantastic! It keeps me warmer because I’m not compressing the filling by pushing on the sides like my old bag. The little face porch blanket thingy is also a sweet feature. I can flop it over my face if I get chilly and it’s soft but still lets me breathe. My only complaint for this bag is it’s a bit short on me but I’m six feet tall. It’s a terrific bag and I love it!

Need work on color choices for these bags. Overall across the board all the bags men & women's are bad color choices. Persnickety design comment, sorry, but it's the one thing that I can't stand, a lot cringe worthy!
