My 4yr old son likes his bag. It is on the smaller size and should of started it sooner. But will last him this school year. Strong enough to save for our next kid too.

Very cute with ample pockets. Small for a toddler but not necessarily for school. I'm able to fit a change of clothes and a water bottle for my child.

We got this for our just turned 2yo who is a big kid (98th percentile). It's the perfect size for her and holds everything she needs for her little classes. The side pockets are perfectly sized for her Yeti Jr and her plastic Zak cup (pictured), also metal snack cups (pictured). She puts rocks and leaves and anything else she can find in it. So much better than a plastic backpack, hoping she'll use this for a good while.

Use this for my toddler and it fits her perfectly. Only issue is straps are short and tight when I try to put it on. Other than that love it!

This back pack is so adorable for preschool age kiddos. Not to mention the cute prints! My son wants to carry his backpack in just like his older brother so it helps to have a bag that properly fits him. It's easy to open and has quite a bit of space for its size including the ability to carry a Children's Yeti mug in the side pocket without any problem! I'd recommend it to anyone!

This is the third sprout backpack that we have purchased, and it has not disappointed! We absolutely love them. It's the perfect size for kids 2-5ish. It holds normal size water bottles on each side without falling out (which is very hard to find in a kid backpack this size). It is the perfect size to hold lots of snacks in the front pocket and a change of clothes, iPad, & toys in the large pocket. The velcro strap across the chest prevents it from slipping of the shoulder. The large pocket is a little too small to hold normal 8.5x11 size papers, so it would be too small for kindergarteners to use at school. We will definitely buy more for presents in the future.

This was a perfect size backpack for my 20-month daughter... I wanted something for the airplane that was able to fit her tablet and just a couple of toys to have on hand and this is ideal. The side pockets are even big enough for her sippy cup too, which is nice for going to Nana's house. It is on the smaller side for an older kid, bor for a toddler it is perfect.

This was a gift for a toddler grandchild who loves bears. But most of the bears have their backs not their faces showing. Not like the picture in the catalogue. don't know if reordered it would be different

My son is a few months shy of 3 and likes to pack up snacks and small toys for our little adventures and trips to his grandparents house. The chest strap helps keep the arms straps in place, which was a great feature for his age and size. You can't put too much in it because then I just wind up carrying it but if you pack light it's perfect. Adorable as well!
