This is my first NF backpack and I couldn't be happier with the purchase. I've already carried it on a number of hikes and its perfect. The pack is well thought out and well made. It carries light and just fits perfect. I can't wait to put many more miles on it! Most certainly recommend this pack to anyone looking for a solid backpack.

I purchased this backpack to go do the Inca Trail in Peru. It was perfect for everything I needed and provided great comfort through the several days I used it.

One of my best TNF purchases. Lightweight, extremely comfortable backpack. Ideal for short hikes and day trips. Its side and belt pockets are helpful for the dynamics of the activity. I recommend it to everyone who enjoys outdoor activities.

Beautiful back for multiple uses. I recommend going on YouTube to review the pack or going in store before purchase. Its a nice size. Has plenty of pockets and has straps to attach items to the outside of it.

Pack has extra straps which is helpful to wear while skiing or other activities. Basically I wore this in the back country (groomer off Milly) and dropped a 30+ ft cliff onto hard pack, luckily I was wearing this filled with beer and snacks otherwise the backslap likely would have disabled me.

This is my new go to hiking backpack, I like the it is a little longer than other backpacks, makes it so that it can fit a lot but it is not so bulky. This is my new day hike bag! I've taken it everywhere with me!

I used this pack on a winter 7 miles, 3,200' elevation hike breaking trail most of the way. I packed from the bottom up: belay parka in a compression sack, burly goretex shell jacket, 2 one liter nalgene bottles, extra gloves, med/ emergency kit (about 1L in size), 2,500 calories of snacks, nanopuff jacket. Two headlamps and keys in the internal zip pocket, map and microspikes in the external zip pocket. Two 16oz waterbottles in each side pocket for 3L total, neither side waterbottle fell out while butt sliding down the trail. Samsung Galaxy S22 fit nicely in either chest pocket, chapstick in the elastic pockets. 25" snowshoes on the S/M pack were easy to put on a take off with a sling. I didn't use the zip pocket next to the waterbottle holder but it definitely seems like it could be useful. Used the double sternum strap (very comfortable!) to clip my gloves to the bottom and tuck them under the top so no snow fell in. I carried the pack around for 15 minutes with 30lbs of rice and beans in the back, it carries the weight well but you can feel items through the back if you don't pack right. No soreness the day after hiking. I plan to take this out on longer day hikes - presidential range, great range where I might want extra gear but don't want a 40+L pack. No signs of wear after a single hike getting snagged by trees, seems like it will be durable. Sizing: I typically wear my packs at 18" torso, the S/M mens is a perfect fit, I had about 1" extra waistband with a 28" waist. I bought the Deuter SpeedLite 28 womens but it was terribly tiny all over, this is everything I wanted that pack to be and better. Overall: Very well organized, lots of attachment points, lightweight, comfortable, and moves well with the wearer. Well worth the price.

It is a great backpack. It did not carry lamas- but I could fit groundhogs in it. Rhinos--no! Robins nest- yes (empty, of course)!

Use on longer day hikes. Like the narrow pack, packets for cell phone.

Hiking. Overall a good pack ?. But if you are going to put pockets or bottle holders on the straps? make them large enough to handle modern phones or bottles? or leave them off.

It's a great backpack. I got it large and it was actually smaller than I thought it would be. It definitely won't go over your head if you think it's those types of backpacks. You can reach the water bottle if you are able to reach for it normally on the side pocket. It looks nice and the clips are easy to snap on and off to remove the pack. The pockets all are great and the small pocket on the strap is pretty convenient and you can see through it a little bit to know what's in it too.

This is great for my husband, I initially bought it for me, but realized my torso wasn't long enough for this one (even in size small) the shoulder straps along the neck are sewed very narrow, so they would dig in and rub my neck raw. The only way the straps wouldn't do that was if I would have the waist strap clipped not around my waist, but around my butt lol. I'm 5'3 and I would not recommend this hiking back pack for people my height. Hubs is 6'1 and the straps and waist band were perfect for him.

Great day pack. Pockets in all the right places for convenience items. Not having an internal frame, saves the weight I was looking for. Main pack pockets are right sized. Hydration sleeve allows for a variety of connection styles by using a Velcro strap. Comfortable shoulder straps with phone and bottle/other stretch fabric pockets. Waist belt has convenience quick access pockets and useful mini daisy chain rows, nice for small caribiners to connect small stuff. Lots of details others tend to leave out.

Very good backpack for hiking. It had compartment for camel back and water resistant.

Backpack is great, it has all the features needed to gain quick access to things and is comfortable. My only criticism is the lack of any lumbar support system, being that the pack flops on half when you set it down, or if the lid compartments are full ot top-heavy and flops too. Some king of soft plastic slive or bars would be great to keep the pack a little more rigid.
