We purchased the Homestead Super Dome for the headspace & easy setup. 100% what we got! Love the multi-door options as our stuff is easily accessible without having to go in and out all the time. The pockets all around the tent made it easy to keep frequently used items available, and there was plenty of space four our double sleeping bag along with our clothes and other items. The only downside is that it did collect condensation during the night. We were using it in the mountains in the fall. 30* nights and 50* days.

I'm intending to use this tent for a week of camping in the Everglades at Collier-Seminole State Park. I set it up beforehand, and it seems cozy, yet roomy, with lots of ventilation offered by large windows. It seems well thought out and good quality. Time will tell if it serves its purpose well. So far, I am happy.

This tent is perfect! Exactly what we wanted for back country camping. Light enough to portage with and big enough that all your stuff will stay dry. Spacious for two people, easy to put up and take down(start with the orange tent pole). My husband and I love it!

Thought this would be a great tent because I could stand up in it. Great for Sun salutations in the morning. But not a great tent for the PNW because if it rains in the night you'll awake to an sagging overhead lake dripping on you, soaking everything inside.

Instruction missing steps, straps need to be adjusted depending on terrain not noted in manual however when you get the hang of this tent, lots of room nice view but I almost ripped it on the first set up; had to run around the tent adjusting everything. I love the two smaller doors, when I have friends sleep over I won't have to walk over them to exit the tent. Clothes lines very sturdy, I hang my speaker from there it's perfect. The design is simply beautiful purchased it because of its looks and panoramic roof was not deceived will definitely keep.

Love this tent. VERY roomy. Setup took me 15min (1st time) while in the dark, so not too bad. Slightly more difficult than your typical dome tent as it has a unique third pole in its design. However, once you are used to it, should be easy peasy setup. I'd recommend this tent for car camping for sure. Super comfy for 2, doable for 3. Plus, we get A LOT of positive comments on its appearance and colors...

What a great tent. Very roomy with lots of head room. Even with a queen sized inflatable, there was still lots of room on either side, along with a convenient door. Lots of ventilation, stylish design, easy setup (first attempt with wife took about ten minutes, second time I was lone and had it up in about the same time. Without the fly you've got a great star gazing experience, and if needed the fly goes on in just a matter of minutes. I only have three complaints which aren't too serious. 1. No footprint, yet. Hoping TNF rectifies this. 2. Window coverings are opened and shut from the outside. They can still be accessed from inside by opening the doors obviously. 3. Included tent stakes are laughable and of no use unless setting up in the backyard. Bottom line: this tent makes camping more fun.

Finally, a tent you can stand up in and dry your socks. The first time I set it up, I suggest you have someone help you, you will need plenty of room (more than a one car garage) and use the yellow poles first and then the super dome pole last (mine was silver). I purchased the golden gate 4 footprint which is just a bit short about 6 inches around the edges, I don't mind, it's cool and I am sure north face will have a super footprint soon. If north face uses the word super and dome, you know you have to have one! my only recommendation is you have to lift your foot up to get in and out, just like any other tent, i would have an option to remove that, because i trip every time.

Nice tent! It rained heavily the majority of our 3 day camping trip to Ricketts Glenn and the inside was completely dry. It was a fairly cool weekend so I'd be interested to see how hot and humid the tent will get on warmer trips. The print is so attractive (cactus print) and I recieved a ton of compliments. Easy to assemble and roomy inside. I'm not sure 4 adults would be comfortable in it however. I put a full size inflatable mattress in it and had little room to move around.

Love this tent! Tons of room and the two rear doors are awesome. The only negative comment I would have is that there isn't a matching footprint available for purchase. Other than that, this is an excellent tent.

This tent provides a very comfortable tent for one or maybe two car-campers with gear to store in-tent. It is easy to set up, and tall enough for a 6' person to stand fully erect (which is rare!). The "star gazer" screen on the majority of the roof is wonderful for fair-weather camping, and the rain-fly installs easily when needed. The only down-side I see so far is that there is no "Footprint" available for this tent, so to protect the bottom you will need to have a tarp. I'm going to try and trim one up to work as a Footprint (with the right hexagonal size and grommets for the poles), but it would have been nice to be able to just purchase this. That said, if that's my biggest complaint, it's a really good tent!

Amazing tent! I'm 6'0" and I can easily stand and walk around the tent with so much comfort. Tent feels sturdy and is like a second little home.

We are getting older and were having thoughts about giving up camping due to sleeping on the ground and bending over to crawl in and out of the tent. The front door is big enough to walk in standing up and it fits 2 cots. As with all the North Face stuff I've bought it is well made. The fly covering the star gazing ceiling works well and creates a nice vestibule for a dog or gear. Not a cold weather tent but I don't camp during the winter anymore. We are happy with it.

Well made like all North Face stuff, tall enough to walk into with out bending over and fits 2 cots. Love the star gazing mesh ceiling. Fly and vestibule work nicely. Perfect for the car camping, 3 season tent user.
