Overall coat is warm, stylish, fits well. Disappointing that no thumbholes to keep hands warm when not wearing gloves. Also disappointed that loop to hang coat ripped out after less than 10 wears.

Great coat. Feels light but it seems warm. We'll see how it holds up this winter. Sizing like everyone said runs a bit small. We had to size up by getting the 10.

When I ordered this coat I made a couple of mistakes. I discovered after hours and expected no resolution for a few days. Someone from Northface got back to me and resolved my issues within minutes. It was a gift- it arrived on time and was exactly what we wanted. Had our first snowfall today and my granddaughter looked adorable and was warm!!

This is a remarkable coat. The only difficulty, which I imagine other parents are seeing, is the skip from size 8 girls to size 10 or 12: this coat is slightly small for my seven-year-old but the next size up would hang on her. I would recommend an 8+ size--an inch or two more at the shoulders, an inch longer--parents would pick this up immediately. TS

Great for outdoor recess in the cold for school! My child loves it and always says that this jacket is very warm! I also love that it has a hoodies with it! It's great for very cold weather and also fits very comfortably.

I got this coat for my 10 year old , and so far it fits well and seems well made. It has only just started to get cold outside and will need to wait to find out how it holds up. If it does make it through a New Hampshire winter, Ill do it again next year.

This coat is perfect for winter. It feels lightweight, but is thick enough for the cold. It does not weigh my daughter down. She's 6 and the size 10-12 fit her perfectly.
