This is my carry on for my flight to Japan and I'm so excited :) it's sleek, discreet and can fit all of the items a person would need for a trip longer than a week! The interior is a nice bonus as well, I like the plush material, great contrast to the waterproof exterior, glad to add this bag to my roster!!

I love the way it fits, super balanced on my back. I have a small frame and am just under 5'4" and it is super comfortable. I also love the sleek monochrome look, its a bit classier and sleeker than some other travel packs.

I absolutely love this backpack. It is very spacious and thoughtfully designed, though it is on the larger side when worn on the back, so I'll mainly be using it with my carry-on. That said, the storage and organization are excellent. One of my favorite features is the cup holders. Unlike typical mesh cup holders, these are snug and secure. I use Stanley cups regularly, and once placed in the holder, they feel very secure and won't fall out. That detail alone makes a huge difference for me. Overall, this backpack feels durable, functional, and extremely well made-perfect for frequent travel.

I bought this to use as my carry on. Previously I had been traveling with Jester backpack and a handbag, but it is just too much to have a bag on my shoulder when flying. This backpack is perfect for airline travel! I just tried it out and it fit everything I needed for my carry on (laptop, iPad, notebook, book, jacket, food, meds, electronic cords, etc and I had room for more). It fits under the plane seat too, so didn't have to deal with getting in to the over head space like I was before with 2 carry on bags. This will also be my new weekender bag too.

I've used this for around a school year. Multiple textbooks, laptop, charger, notebooks, everything just fits. Very comfortable too, highly recommend!

Overall, the backpack is decent. Enough space to pack for a week long trip. The downside is the side water bottle pocket. When I pulled on the tab to open the pocket, the seam ripped at the tab...

I recently went on a three-week-long trip around Europe, using this bag as my carry-on. It fits SO much stuff in it and can be stretched to its limits if you pack it correctly. I was able to fit my 32oz Owala water bottle in the side pocket with no issues, though it does take up a little of the inside pocket space. The front two pockets also fit an insane amount of stuff, and a big plus is that the bottom one goes all the way down. Love that the zippers open the entire bag, not just the top half like other North Face bags. It's the best travel bag I've used, and I can definitely see it being used as a sole piece of luggage on a shorter trip.

This is a great pack - heavy duty material, thoughtful compartments and intentional layout, but the water bottle holders on each side are useless! Way too small to fit a shaker bottle or Nalgene.
