Muck Outscape Low Boots for Women 5 Black

Bought these for barn/outdoor walking/camping. Have always worn a 7 in Mucks (many pairs). I have checked these boots multiple times to be sure I didn't buy a men's 7. They are super roomy, like 1+ size bigger than their number size. I keep thinking thicker socks, but even that's not enough to take up the space.

I both this shoes around the summer time. I needed a pair of waterproof shoes for the rain . Amazing shoes the insole is soft and confortable. It also good to wear them for winter when the snow starting to melt.

I love the shoes but they are at least a size to a size and a half big. Photos show them compared to my clunky hiking boots and you can see how much larger they are. Other photo shows where my toe comes up to. I was thinking I had mistakenly bought a Men's size, but checked, and these were indeed Women's size.

They are comfy like a tennis shoe but water and mud proof. These have lasted my husband and I for year's. He has been really tough on his in the men's style but they have lasted and stood the abuse. I usually wear a 6.5 or 7 in tennis shoes but in these I went by the UK sizing because I'm always a 36 and wanted a little wiggle room and bought the size 6 which is a 37 in UK sizing and they fit perfectly. So I highly recommend measuring and checking the sizing chart for the women's. Other than that these are terrific.

Two years ago was the first purchase of the women's outscape shoe. Our family walks daily, all year and through all Ontario weather days. We are very happy with the Muck Boot Company purchases, however found a flaw occurs in the appearance of this style shoe. A crease forms across the top foot area. Unfortunately depending on the usage and colour of the shoe, the material splits and starts to wear very early after starting to wear them for walking. There wasn't another black shoe available when I ordered for our replacements (due to holes that formed in the crease) and I picked the lighter colour. I haven't worn them much yet in 2023 and they already show a crease on both shoes. I'm just hoping they don't split before I get through the 2023 seasons for walking in wet, rainy weather. Otherwise they are very comfortable and I like the grip on the bottom for the early morning frost days. I just wish they kept their look to them if you want to wear them for any other casual outing.

Love the shoe/style. But after a short time of use the insert top layer started to fold over. So having to replace the insert on a pricey shoe.

I love the boot BUT after wearing them a short time this summer in the garden they started separating at the rim on both left and right shoes. I purchased them in Oct so they are not even a year old. Over all I really love them.

I am about to order my 4th pair IN SPITE of their terrible record of premature wear simply because these are so comfortable and useful during the first 2 months of wear. Please note: these shoes do not last They do not wear well. Guaranteed to Crease and Crack across the top. They will swiftly become unbearable. But I live in them day in and day out and have found there is nothing that performs as well or is as comfortable & functional IN THE SHORT RUN as these shoes. so yeah, I'm paying about $45 a month for this fetish. I think it's worth it. The customer service is hit and miss. I did get replacement one time, but that was apparently a fluke.

I bought these in November and just started wearing them on a more regular basis. They have been worn about once a week until the last two weeks. In the past 2 weeks the rubber were the shoe creases has split. I?m worried water will now leak into the shoes. I wish the quality was the same as this companies boots.

Got these to try for Christmas, I usually wear the original, and they didn't last 3 months where the original would make it a year. I do really like the sole on these shoes and they are really comfortable but the uppers are worthless

I bought these for my job, working at an all outside dog daycare. These shoes were amazing with the wet grass (gortex type shoes can't manage long stints in wet grass) and great for puddles without issue. Most importantly, they didn't make me have unbearable feet sweat. Now, you still get some but for a 100% waterproof shoe? Way less than anything else I've ever tried. With other waterproof shoes, I'd be wringing out my socks anyway, but with sweat! They're also very comfortable and secure on the foot, I only ever had one instance with super sticky mud where it came off. However, after only 3 months, mine split at the connection between the sole and upper, meaning the waterproofing was totally gone. I was issued a pair of replacements (thank you!) but those too failed in the exact same way about 3 months later. Now, I will admit that I wore these shoes *hard* with 3 days a week of 12 hour days 100% on my feet in a lot of outside conditions and they were also my primary shoe for walking my own dogs. My guess is if you wear these less often than I did they'd last longer, but imo it's a design issue that needs to be solved. I really, really, really wanted to love these shoes and I'm having a really hard time finding a good replacement, but I can't afford to buy these every 3 months. Please muck! Fix that issue and you'll have a lifelong customer who will sing the absolute praises of this shoe.

I ordered regular size 8. I?ve worn them all weekend & to work. I walk about 11 miles a day outside through yards at work. Feet stay dry in the met grass / mud. They are also pretty warm!

I bought this slip on to wear when I?m doing light work on our farm - mostly walking through rows of vegetables and wet soil, walking my 4 labs around a wet, mucky lake, etc. They are the perfect shoe for me in those settings. Comfortable, easy to slip on with 1 hand, and good at keeping my feet dry. I would not recommend doing heavy work in them, just based on my own opinion. If I do anything more involved or when water could come up over my ankle, I wear my mid or tall Muck Boots!

These shoes are extremely comfortable, more so than my running shoes! I am easily able to be on my feet, working in the yard, for several hours, while wearing them. I normally wear a size 7.5, so I ordered a 7, as other reviews suggested. The half size down proved to fit perfectly. I?m very happy I discovered these shoes online and ordered them. Very good prurchase!

I got these for gardening and doing other chores around the farm. The feel is awesome plus they slip on so nicely. They are waterproof which is a huge plus. I have been wearing them in the winter here in Minnesota and so far they do great with the cold

I love the Muck brand of boots, however my first pair of this Outscape was not keeping my feet dry from day one. The morning dew found me with wet feet. Muck replaced them and 2 months in we already have a hole in the top of the boot. I have owned various Muck boots for years and this is the only time I have been disappointed. The sole is like brand new the top is like years old. So sad.

I bought these shoes for the fall mornings. The grass is wet and its still too warm to put on full rubber boots. This shoe is perfect for just slip on and get to working in the yard on those fall mornings or run errands.

These are a great shoe for warmer weather while still being functional for working in the yard. The soles are very well made without being overly heavy or clunky. Also very easy to slip on & off, though they are just a little wide for my foot. Not so much that my foot feels like it?s slipping around.

You definitely have to buy a size smaller. They fit big. And they are very wide. I had to return and get a smaller size.

I found the shoe narrower than the other Muck boots I have and also comments on here mention to buy a size smaller but I am a 6 and bought a 5 but really could do with a 5 1/2 so if the manufacturer reads this half sizes would be great.

Early days but so far nice comfortable fit, Well made and ideal for all gardening chores around the estate . Ankle length might have proved a better buy so they can be worn in long grass and waterlogged areas . Next time !

Ordered size 7, in black/white. Love these shoes! Super comfy and versitile. Per recommendation, definitely size down 1 shoe size. I'm normally a size 8 in all other shoes and the 7 fits perfectly.

Run large. Wear size 8, wanted them a little loose so thinking 8 1/2. After reading reviews on size and running large, I ordered 7 1/2. They are perfect! I wear them most of the day in the barn. No complaints.
