I?m a size 42 narrow. The 8 is a perfect fit and allows room for thick socks. The surprise was the quality insole, which meant I could walk over 7 miles without any discomfort. The soles are great for grip and spread the pressure when digging. Nice touch to have a pair of leather laces in the box as well as the modern ones. No products applied and very waterproof. I have been so pleased with a pair of these boots bought a year ago that when I noticed that they were to be discontinued I sent for another pair. The materials and manufacture are excellent but, above all, the shoes fit perfectly.

Have worn the boots several times now, over the course of a long day walking and driving around. Boots are very comfortable, though can get a bit warm. Expected though as they are waterproof and lined. Boots came with two pairs of laces: one functional pair of standard nylon laces and one pair of more aesthetic-oriented leather laces. Boots came laced with the standard nylon, though I liked the leather laces better for my use. Switching to the leather laces was pretty difficult and took significantly more time and effort than one would prefer to spend on re-lacing boots. Otherwise, great boots. Love the comfort and look. Will test durability over time but happy with them!

Amazing boot. Very comfortable. Maybe it’s just me, but Its little hard to slip your foot into with a thick wool sock—you need to make sure the laces are super loose—but otherwise perfectly made.

The boots are great I have been pressure washing in them all day and my feet stayed dry. They are comfortable for a whole day working or walking.

I have to admit, when I first put these on, they felt a little too snug. (The curse of my wide stubby feet) I was almost going to return them but decided wear them a second time. To my surprise they felt better, more comfortable, less restrictive around the arches. After a few more times lacing them up, they were fitting perfectly. So I would tell you that in fact they are great boots, look good, comfortable, and waterproof. The trick is to break them in, wear them a few times to mold to your foot shape and you'll be glad you did!

Husband loves them, says they fit great and are comfortable. I wanted to order them for him in the brown, but they didn't have his size so I ordered the taupe. The taupe doesn't look as nice as the brown but they are just his work boots so he didn't mind as much as me.

This is a nice boot. I bought it primarily to wear when I ride my motorbike due to it being waterproof, but I think that they look good enough to wear with jeans or slacks in a more casual setting.

They are light compared to other boots and certainly comfortable. I’ve gotten them wet up to the laces and no leaks or wet socks. I started with the leather shoe laces but soon changed to the others out of fear of pulling too hard and breaking the leather - liked the look but I’m a little rough on things.

These boots are great. I’ve worn them a few times now, and they have broken in nicely. They run a bit snug through the arch, but the inside of the boot is well padded so there’s no uncomfortable rubbing. They’re tough enough to be worn on site (I’m in construction management) and nice enough to wear in the office.

This boot is THE most comfortable boot I’ve ever owned. I am being completely honest when I say this boot is more comfortable than my tennis shoes. My foot is narrow and these boots were perfect for me. Comfort right out of the box. I’m amazed! Trust me, you will not be disappointed in these!
