I bought these as a present for my brother . He's fairly large man 5'11" 260 or so ? he loves thinking about buying me a pair as well . I would like to see how long they hold up . What scares me is I get hot feet lined boots have never been a favorite of mine .

This boot is amazing. Fits well, keeps you warm, helps you stay cool, waterproof, Everything you want in a boot. I would give it 4.5 but that's not possible. Only reason I cant give it a 5 star is because our farm cant get past 6 months with a fully intact boot with our wear and tear. Doesn't seem to matter the season, the environment, the conditions, there is always a problem by the 6th month mark (hole mostly). We are a full time farm with livestock, field crops, so they are heavily used. I just wish they could last longer for us or be less expensive.

I received my boots 6-weeks ago and have worn them a dozen times building mountain bike trails in Northern California. The boots are very comfortable, have great traction and warm in cool weather. What I like best about the boots is that I am sure footed when working on steep grades, in mud, and in thick bushes. Plus having to hike in to get to a trail section may be over a mile which is no problem with these boots, just a joy splashing through rivers, muck, you name it.

I have a size 13 Muck Chore boot from many years ago that have sprung a leak. They owe me nothing after many years of reliable usage. I purchased another pair of size 13?s and my toe is jammed against the front of the boots and have to send them back. Unfortunately the inventory last week had every size available and this week only size 8 and 9. Hey Muck, can I please have a raincheck for when you restock? The sizing has without question changed!
