Hard to get in and out without knocking down the pole and letting in all the mosquitoes especially for my 6 ft tall husband Otherwise light and easy.

I love this tent... Two hiking poles 4 stakes and my dyneema tarp are unbeatable for weight, breathability, and size.. I don't even bring a ground sheet cause the floor is made of some space age material

I there was a 7 feet x 7feet verion of the Mesh House availible that would acomodate 3 large mats, i promise that i buy it. My 2 sons are to young to sleep alone but to big to sleep confotable i a 3 perons shelter. Having used it on several trips this summer, alone, but with plenty gear I find it great; easy to re-pack and fit in its bag, easy to setup. The Footprint wasn´t available when I ordered it, but i recommend it if not only used on grass and similar, on a rocky place my feel is that you quite easily will get a hole somewhere. I could probably go with my 2 kids, or my girlfriend, but not a chance 3 big men, it would be far too cramped. Since I ride a motorcycle, I dont have any walkingsticks, instead I used the MSR 4 feet adjustable poles that can extend up to 140 cm and with the Thru-Hiker 100 wing it has worked like clockwork, bravo I must say!! If i could ask for any improvement, it should be an adjustable pole from 130-190 cm, that way you could cock dinner and spend social time beneath the Tarp/100 Wing raised to standing height during the evening, and just before you go to bed, you lower it to 130-140 cm for added rain-/windprotection during night. The only reason for not givng the 5 star ""excellent"" rating is because this kit, with a footprint is fairly expensive, about $500 in total. PLEASE!!! Make a adjustable pole from 135-190 cm!!!
