Wow, amazing!

These are awesome snowshoes, I cant believe they help that much in deep snow! Solid build and reliable, I would buy again. Anything from trail to deep snow these worked awesome!

very pleased with this purchase

We were looking for a durable, easy to use snowshoe and definitely found it with the EVO. There was a slight learning curve with the bindings, but once we were used to them they are amazingly easy on and off even in cold weather, especially if you use the same boots regularly. We did buy the tails for extra flotation and it came in handy in deeper snow. Combined them with hiking poles and gaiters and have really enjoyed the winter this year.

Skeptical at first

I must admit I was skeptical and a little concerned I was wasting my money. Even after my EVO's were delivered and I got a look at them I thought I wouldn't be happy with them. In fact I didn't even try them at first, I just hung them up for an entire season and continued to use my tubular snowshoes. I finally gave them a try and I must say I was so happy with them that I would never go back. They are so sleek and well designed you walk effortlessly like you don't even have them on. They are so light weight and comfortable yet they are amazingly sturdy and sure footed. Great for knees and ankles as there is absolutely zero lateral movement or slippage. The only drawback is they are noisy in hard pack or icy conditions. This however was easily fixed by coating the bottom with a rubberized sound deadening spray. All in all I love these and wouldn't use anything else.

Good backcountry snowshoe

Good backcountry snowshoe. We take these on winter camping trips. They pack very flat and they are lightweight. We often use them to create trails and while setting up our winter camps. Usually we xc ski into camp, then us snowshoes around camp. They are versatile. For everyday use, I would find something quieter... but for backcountry use, they are great. Add the tails for more versatility.

Haven’t used better, highly recommend

The best I’ve used for all terrain. Approach, mixed terrain, they handle it all. The aluminum never flattens

Light and loaded

I had just finished class at University Alaska Southeast in Juneau Alaska and desided to make the best of the clear day. I quickly packet my pocket rocket into my day pack and ran to the bus stop and I was off to my dinner atop Thunder Mountain. After the two hour climb I reached the top of the ridge and made my fresh mac and cheese well looking out at the mendanhall glacier the sun dropping in the horizon behind me. I couldn't have asked for a better stove and place to enjoy dinner on a clear Juneau afternoon!
