Great spikes keep you running through winter

This is our second pair. I tried on all the Khatoola spikes and these were the best fit for what I do. After 4-5 miles though, the feet start to get tired if the sneaker isn?t very cushy. I run trails with ice and snow and they work great.

Runs a little smaller than advertised

I wear a size 13?.and these things barely fit my shoe and not at all on my snow boot. Traction is great and if you?re a size 12 or less it?s a 5 star?.but a struggle to get these on a 13.

Very Nice Grippers. Just buy them.

We?ve tried various other grippers and these are absolutely the best ones we?ve found. They hit the sweet spot with comfort, durability and function. XL fit my size 12 insulated leather boots just fine but also fit my medium hikers as well. The Smalls fit my wife?s size 7 winter boots. Great choice!!

I can not fairly evaluate at this time as to function. As I have not used as intended yet. Though I have fitted to my hiking shoes and expect them to perform as intended. They appear to be well made. I wear a half boot 12 wide and an ex-large was a much better fit than the large i had to return as they were too small. I hope to re evaluate after i have a chance to use in a practical situation of ice and snow . I am located on the no/so Carolina border so just a matter of time.

Great product

These Exo-spikes are excellent traction devices when hiking in "snow ball snow". I also have and love the Micro-spikes which are easier to put on and carry in your pocket, but the Exo-spikes work well when other devices would clump with wet, sticky snow.

Excellent Traction

These traction micro spikes are perfect for mixed trail hiking and running when it is icy, muddy and dry in parts. They grip when needed, but I don’t have to take them on and off as the conditions change. I found them to fit tightly, and went up a size to fit both my trail shoes and boots. They are lighter weight than my old spikes, and fit nicely in their pouch. A great winter hiking purchase!

Great Traction

These spikes provide excellent traction on snow/ice packed trails. The spikes are short enough to allow you walk on sections of hard pavement without discomfort but large enough to dig into packed snow. The spike section on the heel seemed a bit narrow for me - I occasionally felt my heel try to roll a little. This was not enough to cause concern - I just needed to be a little careful. I'll experiment with trying to make certain that the heel spikes are centered on the boot.

Spike Design
Twelve integrated spikes per foot deliver three levels of traction. Tungsten carbide tips bite into ice and packed snow, aluminum steps grip uneven surfaces, and TPU lugs dig into loose terrain.

TPU Traction Matrix
An industry-first TPU Traction Matrix is extremely durable and more abrasion resistant than steel. The open design quickly sheds snow and adapts to a wide range of flexible footwear.

Reinforced Eyelets
Using a patented eyelet design, tough TPU inserts reinforce key stress points, allowing the elastomer harness to be lighter and stronger.

Integrated Toe Bail
Using the same technology and TPU as the reinforced eyelets, an integrated toe bail provides added security and prevents the toe from pushing through the front of the elastomer harness.

Raised Heel Tab
Allows for easy pull-back and removal.

Elastomer Harness
A new TPE elastomer harness geometry optimizes fit and allows for easy entry. Low-profile and highly durable, it remains stretchy in cold temperatures, down to -22 Degree F (-30 Degree C)
