Terry R : 2 questions: Are these 216 grams (7.62 ounces) EACH? Or total weight for both poles? I am very short. Can the telescoping be set solidly to hike with the poles adjusted to a length of 35 inches?ALEX S : Yes each pole is 7.62 ounces. At 35 inches extented the pole will be opened enough to lock properly.
