Only carrier my kid likes
We tried a few different carriers for rent in Colorado when we were hiking RMNP. The only one my kid would go more than 15 minutes in was this Kelty! So when we came home, we bought one for future travel. She was 15 months old when we initially used it in Colorado, and was able to sleep, eat, etc in it. It was great and allowed us to do all of the hiking we wanted. When we ordered this one, I pulled it out of the box and somehow, 2 months later she remembered it, and clapped and held her arms up for me to put her inside! Clearly she remembered it and really enjoyed it! I think her reaction speaks for itself.

Solidly built!
Great experience! I took my granddaughter for a small hike and it kept her snug and secure and the pack is comfortable!

Great Pack
This is great, My 1 year old son loves to sit up high and the weight (he is approximately 20lbs) is distributed so well its like carrying a regular backpack. I wish I would have bought it earlier.

Fantastic Kid Carrier
This kid carrier is the best in the industry. I've tried all of the others from the major brands and award-winners, and this one is the most comfortable for both the wearer and the user (AKA, the kid). I had also researched the living-daylights out of kid carriers before getting this one, and I admit that it wasn't my first selection. I went with some other brands before coming to this one, and I wish I had chosen this one from the beginning. The Journey is very simple to use and provide ample support when wearing it. I think the storage is sufficient, and the dark shadow color looks fantastic.

Wish I bought this sooner!
My son is 9 months and he now lives in this backpack! I wish I would have bought this earlier in his life, would have been so much easier on me packing him around! Love the fit and it feels like he's barely on my back.

We are happy to be able to take our little one on short hikes/trails with us. The pack is very light and the compartment is big enough for us to fit a couple of diapers, wipes, snacks and water.

Timeless, Durable Excellence
The Kelty reputation is well founded. When my daughter and son could sit up, they began to prefer riding in a backpack very much like the Journey PerfectFIT. Now that my daughter has an 11-month-old son, I hoped that he might enjoy seeing hikes (and cooking!) from the eye-level of his parents. He does! Thank you so much. So well constructed, light yet sturdy frame, and so comfortable for the child and the adult!

Great pack
I love to back pack and now I can tote my kid around the mountains as well. It’s really comfortable for me and my kid can stay in it for multiple hours at a time.

Love the Kelty!
We purchased two Journey PerfectFits for our twin grandchildren’s first birthdays. They love them, and so do their parents! We can hike for hours, and if the babies fall asleep, they can stay upright in the backpack, or we can lay it down while they sleep. We had a Kelty six years ago for our other grandson, but the new one is even better!

Kelty Journey PerfectFIT
Adjusting this to my height is easy and my son fits perfectly inside. He's fallen asleep on all our bikes so far so he thinks it's comfortable!

PerfectFit was perfect!
We bought ours last year and took it for 4 hikes in the mountains. We had also practiced hiking with it a few times prior to that. I liked how adjustable it was, since both my husband (5'7") and myself (5'1") could comfortably carry our 1-year-old even though we are different sizes. Our child loved it, too, and enjoyed many great views and naps! We are looking forward to using it again this year!

Awesome backpack.
Have only used it once since we bought it... but it is great. Very functional and comfortable. My kiddo had a blast being in there too! Would recommend 100%
