Mostly great

Great tent, but the door zipper sticks excessively. Sleeves instead of hooks or pegs hold the poles in place: huge improvement over Eureka.

Excellent Customer Service

After purchasing a Discovery tent many years ago, I had the end of one of the poles break. I contacted Kelty to find out about replacement parts and turns out, they just repair damages like that. They provided clear, detailed instructions and I was able to send my tent poles off to be repaired. In under two weeks, the poles were sent back to me, all fixed. I was pleasantly surprised and happy with the customer service and speed of the repair. All I had to pay was for shipping! Thank you!!

Basecamp 6 tent

Like the tent really well and it kept us nice and dry in a pretty harsh storm the first night we camped in it. It?s very roomy and I like the pockets and it?s light enough to go backpack camping short distances.

It does the job.

Decent tent. Only complaint is that one of the tent poles is about 2 inches longer than the other and it is difficult to put in place due to the extra length.
