Packable, Warm, and Comfortable

I enjoy sleeping outside, even when at home. 13°F is when I start to feel cold in this bag, and that was when the windchill was 0°F and I had no shelter from the wind as I was on a porch parallel to the wind. When it snowed on top of me, I stayed dry and warm inside the bag but the snow that melted around the head of the bag from my breath discolored the fabric. Not a major issue, just looks like I drool gallons in my sleep. My biggest gripe with this bag is that the zipper is very cold if you are approaching the temperature rating. The polyester filling of draft tube that runs along the zipper does not seem to be sufficient. I don't know if the draft tube needs to be wider or if the filling should be a polyester/down mix, but it is disappointing having a toasty warm left arm and a chilled right arm. I dont notice it affecting the legs or feet. I'm also a very mobile sleeper. I find this bag very easy to move around in and comfortable side sleeping and supine. Even stomach sleeping is possible with some effort in arranging the opening of the hood. The draft collar is generous and comfortable. The hood feels plush and comfortable when sinched to the max. Seems to take up around 8-10L when I compress it in a dry bag without compression straps. I do wish it came with a mesh storage bag. The bag it comes with is rather tight for long term storage.

Soft and Toasty

We bought this bag and the men?s cosmic ultra 20. We just tried them out this weekend and loved them. They are soft and comfortable. They were really toasty. It was around high 30s, low 40s, throughout both nights. These sleeping bags kept us so warm that we even unzipped them some to let in cool air. We?re very happy with them. Would definitely recommend.
