Product description was helpful and answered all my questions before purchase. I'm 5'10' with a 32 waist and thought the 6' foot might be a little to small. Its fits perfect. Checkout was easy and shipping was fast. Will buy Kelty in the future.

I put this to the test immediately upon receiving it. Three night self-support expedition kayaking on the South Fork off the Salmon. The nights were in the 30's (F). I was so warm I had the bag mostly unzipped. This bag has plenty of space for wide shoulders and large feet. The selling point for me is that Kelty does not treat their gear with toxic forever chemicals. This is a functional bag that does everything you would expect from it.

Really enjoy the simplicity and value in the bag, warm, a little large for backpacking, but overall a solid buy that beats the competition. Pricing for the extra long size does not feel like a rip off. Well done, Kelty!

I just tested this sleeping bag out on a backpacking trip last weekend up near Mount Rainier National Park. I slept in my hammock, with no under quilt, and this thing was plenty warm (even with 40 Degree Temps and wind all night). The quality is great, it's lightweight and compressible for backpacking, and you can't beat the Kelty lifetime warranty. This is a great sleeping bag for the price.

Use this sleeping bag for a rim to rim hike. Got down to the low 40s at night and my wife was plenty warm in it. Only complaint is that it does not pack down quite as small as we were hoping. It fit in her pack but didn't leave much room.

Definitely a 20 degree bag usually someone who gets cold easy but was actually a little too warm in 30 degree weather overall would definitely recommend very high quality so far love Kelty and have only been ordering from them for outdoor gear/camping equipment

Brought this bag camping around 8000 feet outside Boulder, CO, on December 11th and it preformed quite well. Knowing it was supposed to get very cold, I added an external canvas bivvy to the sleep setup in my tent. It ended up getting down to about six degrees late that evening but with my clothes, the bivvy, and this bag, I stayed reasonably comfortable the entire night. Based on this initial stress test, I'm certain that above 20 degrees this bag will keep me toasty warm. Thanks Kelty!!

I have used this for several hunting trips this year. In about 30 degree weather at night it does great I stayed comfortable and warm. Does a great job of keeping all the cold air out once the bag is fully zipped. I back packed hunted with it and didn’t take up a lot of space. I would overall recommend this sleeping bag to any archery hunter or for early season October hunts.

Love this sleeping bag! It's super light weight, compresses super small, and is great for backpacking. My only suggestion is to follow Kelty's size recommendations. I got the "long" as a 6' 1" male thinking the added leg room would be nice. Plot twist: it created more open space at the bottom for my feet to get cold in sub-freezing weather. In hindsight I should have gone regular size as they suggested, but no regrets in the overall purchase in terms of quality!

Great bag for the money. Took it out west for an elk hunt, temps got down to upper 30s at night and was warm and comfortable. Light weight, packs up easily.

Got this for car camping or any future camp trips that aren't ultralight backpack trips. Zippers great. It's very comfortable. True to warmth rating. Kelty makes fantastic mid priced camping gear

Only used it once so far in the back of my car but its super comfy and roomy enough for a semi- crazy sleeper (i woke up and the bag was 180 upside down)! Great bag- cant wait to bring it on treks

So far I've used the sleeping bag twice, once when the overnight temp was in the upper 40s, and have been quite satisfied. I was warm and comfortable the whole night, and was just in a tee shirt and shorts. Customer service has been ify. There was an issue with my first order and it wasn't shipped. I contacted customer service and they were great! The issue was resolved and I was shipped the bag with free two day shipping so I would have it for my first camping trip. However, I received the Cosmic Synthetic 20 without being charged. I was then shipped a second bag for some reason. So now I had two bags for the price of none. I was kind enough to point this out to customer service who apologized, charged me for the first bag and asked me to print out a mailing label and ship back the second bag. With common areas in my apartment closed due to COVID, I explained I had no way to print the label (work and business center are closed). I asked if they could mail me a label, and they explained that that was not possible. I said I would be able to mail back the bag when it was safer to due so. I was frustrated that the thanks I got for pointing out their mistake (which left me with two bags and no charge) that I could have ignored, my thanks was extra work to correct. I still have not received a label by email as promised. While not totally horrible, I wasn't expecting a hard time returning a mistake and no thank you.

Stayed warm in damp cold conditions. Good room, very comfortable! Got the long and it fit really well (I’m 6’1”). Only have used it a number of times but I will update if there are any changes. So far so good.
