Bought these for hiking on wet and muddy trails. Walked through shallow streams and no wet feet. So far so good, see how they hold up after a few hundred miles.

4 positives 2 negatives Positives: Comfortable right out of the box, Really are waterproof,Good looking, Great price. Negatives: Way big. I take a 10.5 in most all shoes and these are huge on me even after adding an insole which is needed due to the lack of any kind of real insole. Shoe laces are long enough to wrap all the way around my ankles. For the price they are still a good value.

The product was just as described. The shoes are very durable and comfortable, while giving you comfort all day. Even running the shoes are lightweight. It is also waterproof so its a win to have these shoes on your next adventure.

A good product with a great price - huge discount. I chose this because I can wear it both in winter and when raining. Thanks to my feet not being wet walking in the rain. I bought size 10M (43 EU), the number that I usually wear. In EU size, my shoes are between 43-44.

I didn't expect much from a pair of boots so nice-looking and inexpensive, but these HiTecs are impressive. They are so comfortable that I am able to walk for exercise in them, instead of walking shoes, for an hour at a time when there is snow on the ground. Good traction -- no blisters!

Really like these boots a lot. The double hook laceing system, the loop on the back to help pull them on with and the waterproof shell. The souls are hard enough so I don't feel rocks and roots in an uncomfortable way and yet they have a very good grip when it comes to rock hopping. In addition, these required no break in for me. I have been wearing Hi-Tec for close to 20 years and find them to be excellent. My wife has been wearing the brand as well and she loves hers.

I must say I am very impressed. Both with the boots and with Sunny Sports. Bought two pairs of boots, one for me and one for my son. Started with a 12 mile hike and the boots were great. Did not get wet so can't comment how waterproof they would be, but they were comfortable, light and held up well. The price compared with other sites was great and shipping was much quicker than expected.

This is my third pair of these boots. Waterproofing is reliable throughout their life, although the soles could be more durable.

Great boot but had to bypass the metal triangle loops and lace through the fabric loops the metal ones they ran through, for my narrow, A-width foot even with two pairs of thicker socks. Nice balance of stability and weight. Earlier Hi-Tec boot design used tough plastic upper lace eyes / hooks and one failed on a good tug after a couple years so this design improved on that.

Fits great, right out of the box. Waterproof as described. Wish the sole lasted a bit longer (wore through last pair of hi techs in 6 months). But great boots for the price.
