I upgraded to the Fenix 7s from the Forerunner 245. BIG improvement on features and technology. I'm still learning all of the various things that the watch can do, but I love all of the metrics and information that the watch provides. The biggest difference that I think others should know is that it feels significantly heavier than the forerunner. It also has a metal bezel and is a bit thicker than the forerunner, so I just need to adjust to the larger size. I'm a fan of all the additional features of this watch and will learn to carry the extra weight.

It been everything I've expected and more, switched from Apple and wouldn't go back. Only thing it's missing and I've read a lot of people wishing the same thing, is to be able to control the apple phone camera through the watch without purchasing a app that uses a less quality camera

Love all the features, especially the smaller watch face for women but I'm having battery issues. I set my watch so to get 9 days battery. After 1 hour of HIT class it drops to 7 days. So, I'm not real enamored with it. For the price point , it should perform better. I already returned one that had battery darinage issues and this one is not much better., My husband has a fenix forerunner and he gets 14 days. Same set up.

I've been wanting this watch since it came out; however, my Fenix 5S was still in great shape. Now that I'm in a "big" race again (a 340 mile nonstop paddling race), the 5S battery can't keep up with the amount of training and the battery life needed. Now that I have it, I love this watch! It's AI is incredibly accurate. I've always "listened" to my body and my training plans evolve around that. While I don't need a watch to tell me my battery is low, or I need 2 rest days, this watch is extremely accurate. I recommend!

I had the Fenix 5 for four years and since it still works I struggled with whether or not to upgrade, ultimately the improved heart rate monitor was what pushed me over but the improvements over the 5 are vast. HR monitor, mapping, and solar charging are completely worth it.

I am so in love with my Garmin Watch! I use it every day and in every way! From Running to dirt bikes and all the in-between I've tracked it all on my Garmin and have always been beyond satisfied with the way is reads my performance. Also, Their Customer Service is amazing and so helpful.

I bought this a month ago and the bag is mixed. Battery life is no where near what I thought it would be last maybe 4 days even though after a fresh charge it should last 11. I work outside too so solar charging clearly isn't helping much. Other than that watch is great, easy to download music or podcast, and overall interface is great

Upgraded from the forerunner 245 to the Fenix 7 and I absolutely love my watch The forerunner was awesome but now that I've gotten serious about running and hiking the features on the fenix really make a difference in advancing my training

I like the watch but for $800 I was really surprised that it didn't come with something to plug the charging cable in to. I didn't have anything USB-C so I had to order a block that I could use with the cable. That's a ton of money to not even be able to charge it when you get it. I also was surprised that I ordered an extra band and it won't even work with this watch. The quality control seems wild.

I bought this about 3 weeks ago and I have been loving it! It's nice to be able to see all of the health insights. I did have one instance where it didn't record my sleep overnight because it wasn't detecting my heart rate. I do have tattoos on my arms so I suspect that is what interfered with the sensor. But other than that, I haven't had any other issues and it's been great! I do with there was a notification to let you know when the watch is "off body".

I bought this watch because we take 7 to 8 day hikes and I use my watch to follow the trails. My old watch is good for short walks, but long walks fell short. I like this watch for several reasons, but the biggest plus is the battery. I can wear the watch for more than a week with normal usage - haven't used it for the long treks yet, but I anticipate no problems. Another plus is the solar for charging, so I can replenish the battery when we're hiking. I can also download OS maps to use while hiking. I also got the Sapphire glass in case I have any mishaps. I have to learn all the features of this new watch, but I have some time before our next hiking adventure. I can't wait to put this watch to the test!

I wanted to upgrade the premium watch fenix 7spro,I did enough R&D before purchasing. It provides you the excellent health data which is great. Lookwise it's great though, but what I find difficult is the watch feels heavy on my wrist . I have a thin wrist ,somehow day time I get used to at but night time I really find it difficult to sleep with fenix 7s pro.you can feel the extra on u r tiny wrist.Thats is the only reason to return .

I bought this in the soft gold with light sand band, and I think it is a very feminine looks compared to the Forerunner 275 I upgraded from. The features of this watch are awesome. Every morning it wakes me up with a recommended run based on how I have been training lately and the way I have recovered my body. It gives me an idea of how hard I can go to push myself that day, or if I really need to take a break. I haven't quite figured out all of the data and how to use it, but I am really loving it 4 weeks in.

This is an upgrade for me from a Fenix 6s; I have been loving it. Easy to navigate and the biggest difference that I have noticed is battery life and the speed between activities; it is much faster the the 6S.

It has basically everything. But, I wish it had the option of subscribing to LTE. It would be nice to leave my phone and just have this very expensive watch that can get messages without having my phone within range. But otherwise its awesome.

Switching from the Apple Watch I gotta say the Fenix is so impressive. No more daily charging. Its features are unmatched for exercising. Only thing that bothers me is how the screen dims during indoor cycling. And you don't see all the info that's in the watch in the garmin connect app.

I wore a Whoop for three years and was a massive fan so I was hesitant to make a switch but I am so happy I did. Same data as whoop but way more functional - time, weather, maps, and so much more. Plus no monthly/year fees. I'm a huge fan of my Fenix

I went from the 6s Pro/Sapphire to the 7s Pro/Sapphire-Solar The battery life is far better and since I live in Seattle in winter, the solar does close to nothing (I'm assuming). The solar aspects of the watch give the face the appearance of a red ring, which impacts the aesthetics somewhat. I'll have to see what the solar performance looks like hiking in the summer. I may decide (long after purchase) that I'd prefer a non-solar version, but I won't know until next summer.

Well done, the watch is better than I expected. I got the watch for walking because I don't like using my HR chest strap for walking. I got so much more health analysis than I expected. The morning report was an interesting surprise. You guys are doing good work, the world needs more preventive health initiatives. I was concerned about the brightness using it in the sun, but it's fine. The user interface is pretty good after I learned how to use it. I'm not sure about the spotlight, but it's at least fun to startle friends.

This has been my favorite device so far from Garmin. I still have my Edge 520 computer for my bike and recently used the Vivomove, which has its fair share of problems. Having switched to a competitor for the past three years, I was unhappy that the competitor device wouldn't show me my zones while working out. That's when began my search back into Garmin. I came across the Fenix Pro 7 Sapphire. I loved the athletic look and the different sizes it had to offer. It's comfortable and I absolutely LOVE that I can analyze my zones during my work out. It also features a built in compass, navigation and light which will come in handy for my hikes. I'm inlove with this and can't wait to try the golf feature! Glad to be back with Garmin.

I bought this to replace my previous Garmin watch (Forerunner 245 Music) after more or less 4 years of service. My previous watch now being used by my son. First impression of this Fenix 7s pro sapphire solar edition is the feature much better (or I can say complete) than previous watch. So far, after more than a month of use I am quite happy. Hope I can explore those feature forward.
