Had a Gregory Deva XS, burgundy as my first pack bought several yrs ago. It carried all my stuff. Invested since then (2020) several pricey, "UL" packs from different vendors, yet, I keep coming back to the Deva. It seems to fit me the best as I am short waisted. This Diva took me to the roof oF Africa
I had an opportunity to try this backpack when they came in, and I took this backpack to summit mt. Kilimanjaro and I used it for a whole month while in Africa. I fell in love with the color. This is an excellent pack for all adventures, but I was able to enjoy it on an 8 days trip in Tanzania and summited Kilimanjaro with success. I had no issues with the Diva, and I highly recommend it.
Built for long weekends and beyond when comfort, fit and features are all on your priority list.
For short and long weekends, the Deva 60 is just right. With enough room to sneak some vino for the campfire, the Response A3 suspension will easily haul some luxuries to camp to make all that hiking worth it.
