Perfect commuter backpack

I have used this daily for a month now. I love it. The size is perfect for back-and-forth to work with a computer and charger, books, lunch and files (I walk 20mins each way. Lots of room but it isn't bulky at all. The fit is good (I'm 6'2"), and I buckle up the sternum strap when I'm walking longer distances. There are just enough sub-compartments inside to keep things separated, but it's not overwhelming. The outer pockets are very discrete. This has a clean, professional aesthetic, which I like. (I don't want my work bag to look like it belongs on Everest.) Zippers feel robust and the pulls have nice detailing on them (comfy, rubberized toggles). The bag feels like it will last a long time. My only suggestion for Gregory designers would be to find a way to tuck the backpack straps away or keep them from flopping around when you carry the bag by the side handle like a briefcase. But that is a minor quibble!

Fantastic, high quality pack, love it!

I?m loving the Border 25. I?ve had Gregory packs for over 15 years. I?m regularly impressed with the quality, I don?t know why every zipper doesn?t operate as smoothly as these. The material feels fantastic and I expect this thing to last a very long time.

Almost Perfect

I like the clean lines, great features and comfortable fit. The deal breaker for me is that it does not open all the way (clamshell style) which makes packing clothes without wrinkling them more of a challenge. I wish the Border 25 offered this feature like the 35L model.

Great pack with lots of room

I travel all over the United States teaching classes. This pack is ideal for carrying all my business paperwork, lap top and other essentials. It is light weight and fits perfectly under the seat on planes. I'm loving it.
