Bag is great I will be putting it to use soon. I'll be doing more air travel than before with a new assignment. I preferred it over the NF bags due to the warranty Eagle Creek offers I hope I don't have to use it. The quality of the bag reminds me of the LL Bean bags my dad purchased for a Canadian hunting trip back in the 70s. My father used those bags for over 30 years I hope I get at least 15 years out of this one.

Our ORV bags need repairs that would be covered under warranty, but it's so expensive to ship them that it isn't worth it. The stitching has come out so the corner rubber pieces are loose

This bag was purchased for work when I travel with a lot of gear and equipment. But I also used it recently for both my wife and I to travel for a week and it fit everything except some toiletries which went in a carry-on bag. The bag also weighed less than 50 pounds for the airline, so no extra charges. Very large and convenient pockets.

This bag is tall enough that my Leki trekking poles, when collapsed, fit easily inside. I used to have to strap them to the outside, which left them vulnerable to theft or damage.

Zipper went bad on a trunk purchased 8 years ago. After photos and a couple emails customer service was great in upholding the warranty and shipping a replacement. Just don't see this kind of service in 2024. Outstanding.

I have had two other Eagle Creek bag that were almost identical to this one. They have been far and wide and cover tens of thousands of miles. I expect this new one to be with me for a while; a trusted travel companion which will be with me fo some time to come.

I have had my Eagle Creek bag for years and travelled all over the world with it and it's hands down the best luggage bag I have ever owned. I can fit so much in it and it stays under 50lbs when I check it at the airport. My handle did finally break but I still choose it every time faithfully over any other bag in my closet because I love it that much. Great product, highly recommend!!

I have a 36" two wheel bag. It is practical and easy to use since its purchase in 2017ish. However, the wheels are not tough enough and have been worn and deteriorating. This week at airport they wore completely down to metal. Where can I buy new wheels since I was already denied return for another issue...

I have several Eagle Creek bags. This one demonstrates their typical quality though is lacking in some features. the inside side pockets do not have zippers as their other bags and after an airline trip the contents are no longer in the pockets. There is a pocket on the inside of the flap is impractical to use as it is hard to access and competes with the space of the large exterior compartment. The strap near the handle might be good for helmets though would be more functional for air travel if it was designed to be used for strapping on a second bag to support the navigation through the airport with the bag and a duffel or backpack. All in all a well made bag with conflicting features. Not as well thought out as some of their other bags. It could be so much better.

I am on my second 36". And I still use the first. Eagle Creek has always stood by the warranty and provided excellent service. I brag about these bags and wouldn't waste money on anything else.

Really would like to see some different colors. Who wants to wade thru a million black or gray bags at baggage claim? There used to be orange and teal. Also, this bag seemed a bit smaller than the older version which we have.

I bought this to carry my skydiving gear and it's the best sized and best made bag I've used so far. Enough room inside for the big stuff including 2 rigs, 2 jumpsuits and helmet. Enough pockets for everything else I need and then some. Super well made. The only 2 things that I could possibly ask to see improved are bigger wheels for going up and down curbs and anyplace where the ground isn't flat and smooth and the zipper pockets are kinda weird and a little rough zipping and unzipping. Definitely not a deal breaker and hoping that changes as it breaks in While I balked at the price before I bought it, I absolutely love it. Would buy it again

I've had the 36 inch version of this bag for about six years and it is an 'adventure beast'. It has traveled with me to and around Ethiopia and Morocco, for the kind of trip where it got fully packed and moved from city to city each day. It is oblivious things that cause wear and tear, ant has navigated dirt, rough cement, and gravel surfaces without complaint (the wheels on this thing are meant to work, and they do)?it has even served as my seat on many occasions, and there is not a scratch on it. I've had to wipe-down the exterior, but that is it. The reinforced/tough surface on the front-side of the bag also serves as credible feet for it to rest on should it inevitably end up laying on its' front, and there are the right type of handles in all of the places on the bag that you'll ever need. It is great for adventure travel and is ready for the most brutish baggage handlers and luggage conveyor belts you can find. The frame on this bag allows it to carry weight very well, and the handle is equally robust.

I've only used this duffle once, but so far so good, and that's why I only gave it 4 stars, that along with the quite hard zippers to operate, which I hope will loosen up as the stiff fabric does, at which time I'll submit a complete review. The bag could also use more ground clearance, for off roading.

I bought this bag for an international trip to Japan and subsequent trips for hunting to carry large rucksack. I have not yet used the bag but have used the ORV 2-wheel 30" and am extremely happy with that bag. This bag may be a little big and did not realize it may be considered "oversized" by most airlines and would incur a fee. I may exchange for the ORV 30".
