Plenty of space, strong bag
We took a 2-week safari and city trip, and this held everything I needed plus everything I bought along the way. I wish the shoulder strap was padded.

Large bag that folds up compact
Very happy with this bag. Living on a boat it's a great bag to pack on trips home knowing more atuff will be with us on the return trip.

Love my duffel bag
Just received my bag so, haven't used it yet but, love concept of this folding bag and carrying it in my carry on bag and then once you go shopping you now have a nice bag to bring home filled with new stuff and not paying both ways for checked luggage.

This is perfect in an emergency, like if you have to evacuate etc. It opens wide from the top and I can just throw in all sorts of stuff that I may not have time to sort and pack and then zip it up and roll out the door - sort later. That's why I purchased this for me and other members of my family b/c we live in an area where fires can break out. Some of the things I will want to take I use daily so I can't just put them in a "ready to go" go bag. Eagle Creek has been my go-to travel equipment for over 30 years and I know the quality always holds up and does the job. I have Eagle Creek from many years, stilll has some evidence of Machu Picchu and beyond. Always great wheels. I hope they never lower their standards!

Very well made.
I bought this duffel for an African safari. It's extremely well made and appears to be very durable. My only complaint is that it is very cumbersome to pull. I think that may be because there is no "structure" to it - just a big canvas bag with wheels. For someone bigger and stronger than me (I'm 5'3") it would be perfect. I need a bag with more structure. My fault, not the bag's

It is exactly as shown, it's good and recommended.
Apparently 110 L allows for more than the necessary space, causing baggage overweight according to airline policies, so make sure to not pack heavy. It is great quality, resistant and it does what it is supposed to.

When you travel, and you bring back home more things. Today knowing that you have to pay the airlines for the lugg. . you can take it in your carry on and pay it only the way back

Suggested improvements
I would like to see some internal ties to hold items in place. If the bag is completely full, it retains its shape, but if not full, turning on end to use the rollers makes everything fall to the end with the wheels. Some ties would help to alleviate this and make it easier to roll.

I recently went on safari
I recently went on safari in eastern Africa. Due to some of my flights, I had to both limit my baggage weight to less than 43 lbs. Additionally, I was also constrained to have a soft sided bag with the approximate dimensions of this duffel. This bag met those requirements. It was handled many times both on airlines, and into and out of our Range Rover. When it was full, it held it's shape well, less than that it gets a little floppy, and I added a luggage strap around the long sides of the bag to compress it when not full. The wheels are useful although not as good as a hard sided 4 wheeled suitcase. Bottom line is that it held up over three weeks with no tears and no zipper failure. I would recommend this bag without any hesitation.

Very Happy with Purchase of 60L Duffle
I returned the 110L duffle because it was bigger than I needed. I bought the 60L duffle instead. I was happy with the quick and easy return and repurchase. I am very happy with the 60L duffle, as it is light, sturdy and overall good quality.

excellent duffel
Just roomy enough for a month long trip. Extremely well made and beyond durable. Airline checked at least a dozen times and continue to hold up, like a champion! Wheels and wheel housings are stable, solid and do not wobble. Strong and sturdy zipper with interlocking contact holes at the heads of each zipper that allow a travel lock to connect both as one. This particular color was easy to spot across a room or airport carousel, to identify our luggage. Highly recommend!

Perfect for sailing trip
The 110L rolling duffel was the perfect bag for a 2-part holiday that included a week of sailing and a week of travel in Tuscany. The bag is sturdy but light weight and easy to roll when full. I used packing cubes to keep everything organized and the packing cube/duffel were a perfect combo. The duffel can be packed back into its small stuff sack when empty which is just what you want for a sailing trip because cabin space is limited. It's a great bag!

Light and travel friendly for small planes
This bag is the maximum size allowed for travel on small charter planes in Africa and Madagascar. I have back problems and cannot lift a duffle back around an airport. The wheels are a necessity. At under three pounds it is the lightest I could find to help meet the weight limits while still bringing what I need. Thank you Eagle Creek for allowing people like me to travel as comfortable as possible with my luggage.

Great duffle for the price. Love that it rolls up easily for storage and yet it wheels easy when packed and the ability to cinch the load down has come in handy multiple times on stuffed trips.
