Pump seems good, but hose too short to reach from sink in van to water container directly below. When I emailed customer service I was instructed to go to amazon to find a longer hose. Not quite the response I hoped for, for a premium priced product.

Great product, like the versatility of location of faucet. 4 stars not 5 due to the use of Micro-USB adapter. USB-C is better tech and for the price should be USB-C.

Love the features and functions of this faucet. I docked one star because the on/off button is very difficult to activate, especially when the hands are wet. It always works when I turn it on with dry hands, but while washing the dishes it takes 10-15 tries to stop the water and turn it back on. An actual button rather than a touch sensitive one would've made this 5 stars.

Overall, quite happy with the engineering behind this product. Couple recommendations: 1) include a longer hose, 2) the on/off button is not as 'snappy' as I'd like it to be and 3) included some instructions/warnings/comments regarding whether or not the unit is safe if it gets frozen (e.g. will internals break if the unit freezes). No reasons to not buy it, just a few (hopefully helpful comments).

I have the Weekender 8 gal water tank. I had purchased the touchless sink/shower kit to go with it but always had leaking issues because klymit used two forms of threads that are not compatible. Even the CS was not aware of this. After struggling with preventing the leaking, it was going to cost an additional 50 dollars to create the correct kit after spending $100+ for a sink nozzle. I turned to the GO Faucet instead and have been VERY happy with it. Paired with the jug it sits a little high but is still fully functional. Two taps on, 1 tap off. Simple and straight forward. I should say touch, not tap. Taps can be too quick and it doesn't quite register but a solid touch works great. Also the safety cutoff many will say is annoying but it's better than running your battery dead or running you out of water. It's great. I did find a GHT to 1/4 barb for my weekend with 10' tubing and placed a magnet on my Tacoma bed or anywhere else and have a solid 8Gal of water supply. I always run it for a couple seconds once disconnected too to get the water out. Good to do in freezing environments so you don't ruin any internals. I'm picky about my items and couldn't be happier. So far CFX75 Cooler, GO Faucet, and now the GO light. All super Impressed.

Works pretty good as advertised. After a handful of uses, the led light stays on full time. It wastes the battery, and emits light even when you want it dark.

This faucet is a really great camping add - super simple to work and functions well. However?.my broke the first time I went winter camping and the temperature dipped below freezing. Wish they built this to be able to better handle a freeze. If you live in warmer climates this is a great faucet. If you camp in the cold you'll need to find another solution or be sure to fully drain after each use when using in cold conditions.

Totally awesome. There are probably cheapers out there, but this looks and feels like restaurant grade equipment. Makes getting a drink at night a breeze when car camping. Expect it to last a long long time.

The product boasts excellent craftsmanship and design. However, the omission of a USB-C charging port is a notable oversight. I eagerly await version 2.0 with the inclusion of this feature and would gladly invest in it.

I purchased this with the jug and it's fantastic. I love that I can wash my hands and dishes at camp without having someone else pour water from a jug. The flow rate is nice and doesn't spray all over the place. The only issue I have with it is the hose isn't quite long enough. I have one of those lifetime tables with the extendable legs. I put the jug under the table and the hose won't quite reach. I'm waiting to hear back from customer support on the purchase of a longer hose. I sent an email just before I started this review. If you have room for the convenience of a faucet I would highly recommend it. It comes with a bag that carries all of the accessories. After drying out the tank and letting the faucet dry for about a week I pack all of it inside the tank until it's ready to go next time.

Finally made the purchase of the hydro jug and rechargeable faucet. We went on a two week camping road trip and we never had to worry about running out of water or worry about dirty hands! I filled it up before we headed on the road and it lasted us 4 days mainly used to wash hands and camp dishes. Was easy to refill and keep using. Faucet never needed a recharge the entire trip. Only improvement would be to make a faucet design that won't splatter on the jug when washing dishes but that's only a tiny qualm for someone like myself who wants to keep things tidy. may buy a second set specifically for drinking water.

Love this product, especially combined with the Dometic water jug. However, a few small changes would really make it shine. First, it should have a battery life indicator of some sort. It lasts a LONG time, but it would still be nice to know exactly how much juice it has. Second, it should be USB-C for charging. Third, the magnetic base should be a bit stronger.

I bought this item last week and it has been a jeep "vanlife" game changer. A little touch of running water goes a long way and the seamless integration with water container is flawless. I'm completely in love with this combination of products. Easy to use and the magnetic seat for the faucet allows you store on the go and then pop it on your water jug in seconds. Thank you Dometic for making my full time overlanding experience SO much better!

So far I have used this for car camping Or just having it in my car for water. I give my dogs water and fill their bowls. I use it for hiking to rinse off my hands or prep my meals. Ive refilled my water bladder. I've used it in hotel to cook in my room and don't trust their water. I do like it. Its very light and has a light that turns on when using for night time or dark times in the car. The light is automatic so no off button on that. Only Problem so far is that the tube is not long enough. For the expensive price they should include two length options one being ex long. The tube that it comes with is too short if you want to keep the jug in your car and just pull out the water faucet. The jug is at the end of my car so I can open the trunk window on my Honda CRV 1999 but tube is too short. There is not Strong pressure to remove mud from your shoes if you go muddy hiking. I tried it doesnt work. Its not for its intended use I guess. If you keep faucet attached and on the magnet. Its not strong enough and will fall off if you are driving. I recommend just unplug it. You do have to turn the faucet on and let the water inside drain out or might leak. Not sure if mold would build in the faucet. There is no way that Ive seen to clean inside. Im hoping its not a problem in the future since it didn't come with any internal cleaning supplies or instructions. The bag it comes in is mesh. It would be nice if it was a smidge bigger and had a way to attach it to the jug just to be able to store together. Other than that Its worked good. We will see how it hold up in the cold.

At first, the price seemed high, but the build quality and features make it totally worthwhile. The pump makes a little noise, but that's because it's a pump. The flow rate is fine, and I love the light that comes on so you can see what you're doing at night. The tube that comes with it is quite short, so I had to get some tubing at HD to reach from our camp kitchen top to the water jug below, but the whole system worked flawlessly. Love it.

Bought site unseen, but so impressed! It's perfect for campsite cooking and hydration. Love that its durable, comes with a bag, rechargeable and has a light. While I aspire to be a rugged overlander, this feels like I am being fancy (and I wouldn't change a thing). Highly recommended.
