Beth W : Does this jacket fit more closely to the body or is it loose?Merengue M : It is exactly like the picture. It is a loose fit, but slightly tapered at the waist. So it looks like a woman's jacket, not a boxy man's jacket. I have 3 colors XXL and 1x. Most people don't realize XXL is a 45 in bust, and 1x is a 44 in bust...so xxl has more room in the waist, less fitted. I'm 45 around the chest (38 F=38DDDD), and I have a tummy. Fits great nd looks nice : ) Perfect for rain and wind.Mary H : It fits the body. It is not loose.

Love it!

Have several. I'm 45 in around chest. xxl is 45 in in chest with roomier tummy than 1x. 1x is 44 in chest, so smaller than xxl. (This is standard in sizing). So 1x is a more tailored taper at the waist. Looks like a woman's jacket, not a boxy men's jacket. Love it! Perfect for rain and wind.

Snug fit.

Great value for money

Great jacket, no frills. Lightweight but thoughtful construction. I ordered a size up to give myself room to wear chunky sweaters underneath. Not much insulation but it does what I need. I get maximum rain protection. I like that I can adjust the wrist openings and the hood.

Petite size

I have loved almost ALL of your products, if and when, they can be purchased in petite sizes. For me, the sleeves are approx. 4 to 5 inches too long. When available in petite sizes, I rate them a 5 star.

Great jacket for the rain

This jacket is perfect. It was a great price and the shipping was fast. The jacket itself fits great, not too tight or baggy. I'd say it runs true to size. I usually wear small jackets and it fit just right. I got it for when I went to disney world in the rain and it kept me warm and dry. When I didn't need it, it was lightweight enough to shove in my backpack and not worry about it.

Great rain jacket/windbreaker!

Jacket fits perfectly, looks great, and the mesh lining keeps it from getting too hot. The sage green lining is the perfect complement to the bright coral red of the jacket.

Exactly as shown, good quality!

I've gotten to wear this rain jacket once, because it's summer, but it's extremely well-made, the color is exactly as shown, and I'm very happy I bought it! Couldn't beat the price, either. Bought a small and medium (I'm 5'9" and weigh 130 with looooong arms), and the small fit well (arms were just barely long enough), but with all of the layers that I wear under my raincoats in the PNW, I ended up keeping the medium and returning the small. Returned it with no issues for a refund.

Ruby Red bright and Vivid!

This jacket is a perfect weight for cool nights and cool mornings. Love the way it is fitted at the waist for that nice slimming look. Can't wait for the cooler weather will be walking with this jacket on everyday soon.

The Columbia Arcadia II Jacket for Women is made up of partially recycled polyester with an inner mesh lining. The Omni-Tech shell is waterproof, breathable, and fully seam-sealed to keep you dry even on the rainiest of days. The attached hood, as well as hem, can both be easily adjusted to your specifications for every type of damp weather. The center back length is 26 , which is about hip length. The Columbia Arcadia II Jacket for Women has its own zippered pocket for easy storage.
