Comfortable and carry?s plenty of water along with my gear. Its already been down and I was surprised to see that it held up and didn?t tear or even show any signs of wear.

Great waste pack for 1-2 hour trips

I have had this model pack now for 2 seasons and its my go to for couple hour rides. I can hold water, snacks, wind breaker and repair tools. I just bought a new one because I gave my old one to my daughter. I like the updated bladder with hose angle. The old one had a bad angle of hose going in bag to bladder that could pinch the hose.

it's annoying to keep adjusting the belt

Hi! Nice product, but...as I consume water from the reservoir, I must resize the belt, cause the volume of the pack decreases. It's ANNOYING!

Great pack

First time wearing a fanny pack for riding and really like it. Great to get weight off of the shoulders and onto the hips. Perfect amount of water for rides under a few hours. The magnet strength is the only area where I would say there is room for improvement - could use a stronger magnet for clipping the supply hose on the waist.

Good Storage Compartments

After trying a couple other brands, I gave this one a shot and it’s been my favorite so far. Having used backpack style hydration packs for many years, using a hip pack is a welcome change. This one in particular sits well on the hips and has good adjustability in the buckle system. The compartments are laid out well with ample amount of room for your tools and other tidbits you want to carry. The one and only thing that would make it a 5 star product in my opinion would be a dedicated padded compartment for a cell phone.

Exactly what I was looking for ... a dry back!!

I’m a hyper-sweater and my back just gets drenched when I wear a back pack so I was looking for something that would be a little more comfortable. I’ve gone back and forth about getting a hip pack. I finally pulled the trigger and glad I did. No more sweaty back and in fact don’t even notice it back there. I was thinking that maybe with a 50 oz bladder I could only get a 2 hr ride in but what I wasn’t expecting is that I don’t drink quite as much because I’m not losing as much water from sweat so I can extend the length of rides to 3-3.5 hrs. If I’m going longer I just put a 20 oz bottle in the cage and I’ve got 70oz of water with me which is the same as my smaller backpack. I was a little worried about the pack being sloppy and bouncing around especially when you get down to half full bladder. This was a non-issue since I could tighten the waist straps on the go. The only issue I had was putting the tube that wraps around your waist back in the proper place when done drinking but its second nature now. I was also pleasantly surprised with how much space the pack has for other items. I put bars/snacks in the 2 waist pockets and my phone, keys rain jacket in the rear pack with still a little more room for other things. Overall, I’m highly impressed with this hip pack and highly recommend.

Comfy

I love this hydration pack! I have a bad shoulder and the hip pack option worked great for me! It has enough room to hold my biking tools, co2 canisters, keys, phone and some snacks. Plenty of water for my 2 hours long mtb rides.

Great Hip Pack

This is a great hip pack. I had been curious about how well this would work for me.The thought of getting a heavy hot pack off my back for at least shorter rides was the reason for me giving it a shot. It works great for that. It holds enough water on a hot day to get me through 2 plus hrs and has just enough space to handle all of the essentials and my phone. All of that does max it out so I wouldnt use this guy for longer, deeper rides but it is perfect for the intended use. I was also unsure how it would feel and whether it would bounce around. It feels and fits great with zero bouncing around. It just locks onto your hips and is very easy to adjust. Big winner here. Can't believe I didnt go this direction sooner.

NAILED IT

Awesome awesome awesome pack with plenty of room for phones, energy gels, foldable jacket, extra lens, gloves; great storage and ample water storage for medium trips. Will definitely be buying these as presents for the fellow senders!! Doesn’t obstruct as much as a traditional backpack, takes a few rides to get used to, but well adjustable and great for dirt bikes, mtb, and road. I’d give this a 9.5/10 only being that the bladder design/position in conjunction with the zipper only allows fluid/uninterrupted drinking in one direction, can be flipped to the other side if you have time to stop and wiggle the hose, was a little difficult during race conditions.

Time to Rethink Repack

I bought my Repack for mountain biking two years ago and have absolutely loved it for riding and hiking. The ability to stash my essentials and stay hydrated on any hike or bike ride. The only downside is, I recently started to experience a minimal leak around the opening, and have been trying to look for a replacement reservoir before the leak is unmanageable but am sad to say I can't find the 1.5 L Crux anywhere. This is disappointing to me. Hopefully this is an inventory thing and not a dismissal of the reservoir that I need.

CamelBak Repack

I purchased this new pack to replace my previous "fanny" pack-type CamlBak that I've had for approximately 15 years. It's a bit larger than my previous one and will take me a minute to become accustomed to it. It has more pockets and storage. I know I will learn to love it!

Minimalist

very well. d this item for MTB. Besides my water I keep my tools and flat kits for my bike in it. I still have two spare pockets. Works out very well. I generally wear a traditional pack style CamelBak in conjunction with this for extra water, first aid and other belongings. Does exactly what I need it to do, and then some.

Awesome Pack!

I love this pack, I was looking for a low profile that can hold all of my gadgets and this one is perfect for that! My only complaint is that that main compartment is a hair too small to hold another layer (ie long sleeve shirt).

Should've Bought This a Long Time Ago!

I wish I had bought this a long time ago. The 1.5L bladder is perfect for rides up to 3 or 4 hours and it has tons of space for tools and food. I use it for both MTB and gravel rides. It's very comfortable and keeps me cooler than a backpack.

Great in certain situations

I bought this thinking I'd use it on shorter (2 hour or less mountain bike rides and for shorter hikes in the summer/longer in the winter where 100oz of water isn't always needed. For the mountain bike I have 1, 24oz bottle in the cage with my electrolyte drink and just use water in this. I find it works pretty good at relieving strain on my back from wearing a shoulder pack. However when it is full in the beginning you have to keep it tight or the pack will slide down. I find that it can bother my breathing in the beginning of a ride. As you drink more you will need to adjust the straps to tighten the belt which is easy to do if you set the straps up right (fold them correctly with the velco tabs that are sewn on the pack. The pack can hold a lot and has numerous compartments which is handy. Overall for mountain biking I give it a 3.5/5 but with a lot of issues arising from just the weight of the water itself. The magnetic strip makes it easy to put the tube back into place. The only problem is when the clip that attaches to the magnet clipped into the pouch itself comes off with the tube line. I prefer the magnetic clip just stay on the magnet on the pouch just coming up with the line. That's just my preference. For hiking I love this pack. It actually makes me hike with better posture as the pack in right in my lower lumbar area. It beats carrying the shoulder pack which can aggravate the neck and shoulder muscles after a few hours. Again the pouches on the pack arm are handy and I usually place a bar or other food in that one so I can grab it without have to take the pack off. This is also nice because it covers less of your back so you don't have sweat on your entire back like when you wear a shoulder pack. I like that for the winter as I try to stay as dry as possible when its 20-30 degrees out. To end, remember it basically is a fanny pack but I try not to see it that way. I think it works great for hiking and I feel better after hikes since it really seems to support the lower lumbar area. Just a note when you put the bladder into the pack make sure to do it the right way or the line will kink and it becomes hard to get any water out. That's my main issue with the pack, the placement of the water line to the pack. They should have made the bladder so that the tube can come off it at a downward angle so it can go straight out of the packs opening along the straps.

Comfortable and useful repack.

I bought the LR 4 50oz belt and I'm so far very satisfied with it. Reasons I'm liking it simply because of its design. The way it fits which I'm glad it does because I'm a husky guy so it fits around my waist very well I wear size 38 in Jean's. I also like that hose is long enough for me drink out and it's easy to hang up with the magnetic clip. Overall its handy to store things away if you don't feel like carrying things in your pockets when you go hiking or just anywhere you wanna use it.

No sweaty bak!

I don't use a bottle anymore. Drinking is now way easier. A d you can bring more stuff, like a wind breaker and tools. During tough rides, I don't even notice it's there. Crashed quite a few times and still in great shape.

Love this Camelbak

So happy I got this for my races. Keeps me hydrated the entire race and isn’t to heavy. Another plus it that it keeps by back cool because the fabrics is thin enough that I can feel the cold water. Here a picture of my brother wearing his Repack. We’ve gotten 3 other riders to purchase as well in just two week. Thank Camelbak for being a great sponsor!

Love this pack

This pack is exactly what I was hoping it would be. It is comfortable, provides easy access to water and very easy yet secure access to outside pockets. I love how easy it is to pack, the substantial handle on the water bladder, and its super easy to clean off after a muddy day on the trails.

Needs Work

Been riding this since the beginning of the year. Comfortable, and for me better than a backpack hydration pack. Here are the downsides: (1) hard to wrestle a bladder back into the pack when it's full. (2) tube is too short - forces me to tuck my head to drink (and I'm only 5'8")

Excellent Replacement for Flashflo

I received the Repack in the post today to replace my well worn Flashflo. I was concerned about the fit after reading the reviews from those that it barely fits folks with 36" waists (like me. I filled the bladder and adjusted the straps and there was 6" to spare on either side. Either Camelbak heard the comments and lengthened straps or quality control is bad and some straps are short. The pack sits nicely on my back and the straps on my hips. I did a test run and there was no bounce. The tube was sufficiently long and the magnetic clip held during the run. I am happy with the number and size of the pockets. The handle allowed me to fill the bladder with little spillage. All in all a fantastic upgrade for me.

Great features bit really small waist fit.

Im 5’8” and 33” waist. Barely fits empty. I haven’t filled the bladder with water, tools and snacks yet so I’m thinking it’s gonna be a no go for me. Seems like it’s child size fit. Really disappointed. Also magnet clip seems to be non adjustable so the hose being so short, won’t reach magnet and will have to be dangling.

Does not fit up to 42"

I have a 38" waist. Not a small guy by any means, but this is supposed to fit up to 42". It's not even close. My wife's older model (the Palos 4) fits me great with room to spare. Not sure what's going on with this one but buyer beware. The quality is really nice in every other way, but I unfortunately won't get to use it.

Best MTB Hip Pack on the Market 2018

The fit, function, and capacity of this bag cannot be beat. If you don't like this bag, i'm not sure you will like any hip bag. The tightening mechanism for the hip straps is smooth, precise and just flat out works. The wide, "harness" like feel of the belt is outstanding and always stays put. Capacity is perfect both for water and tools.

Comfy, perfect for when a water bottle won't do

By Trinck

I have had the pack for almost two months now. I don't take it on ever ride just longer ones. It is perfect for the person that needs the liquid but can't stand a full pack on their back all day. It stays put as long as you tighten it up as you drink from the bladder. The organization is spot on too, you can fit a tube, tool, co2s, phone and a bar or two. The side pockets are for stashing on the go You mix this with the EDC tool and a tube strapped to your bike and your ready for whatever.

Great little riding pack

By Yamawalkie

I’ve never really hopped on board of the whole Enduro Bro deal even though I ride enduro... I actually bought this pack for dirt biking. It’s fantastic! Pros: I can get it tight enough so that it doesn’t bounce around as I’m going through woops and chunder. The magnet is strong enough that the mouth piece doesn’t come loose either. It has enough space for the full bladder, extra spark plug and wrench, co2 pump, multi tool, and mid ride snack. My favorite thing about it though is that it just...
