Im using these for local and far away adventures. I chose these because they seem like a workhorse and fold up small.
Wonderful poles

I have never had trekking poles before these. But these worked great for needs. I did have to buy a competitor bag for them, as I could not find one for black diamond poles. These will not work well if you are wanting to strap them to your hiking bag. Because they fold it makes them a little cumbersome to attach that way. At least with a kelty bag. Otherwise they work great!
