I used this tent on a section of the JMT and it help up really well. It's small but just the right size to fit everything I need. It's so easy to set up and take down. The mesh is great for keeping out not only mosquitoes but no-see-ums. I recently reached out to Big Agnes since after several years, the shock cord in the poles had lost their elasticity. They were so quick in responding. I mailed it in and received it back in a timely fashion. I'm really impressed with their customer service.

I went with this because of the side door and I love it, there are some really smart storage pockets and the tent is a breeze to set up. I am not crazy about the stakes but they seem to work well so its not really a complaint, just not what I am used to. Big Agnes was great to deal with in getting me the right tent.

Perfect size and so easy to set-up. I'm 5' 2" so plenty of extra room for my 4-legged travel companion.

I'm 6'3" and 220lbs and this tent is surprisingly roomy. Sets up in a flash and has a surprisingly low weight.

I've been in high winds, rain, and humid weather. This tent keeps me comfortable all the time. Lots of storage, and it's very well made. I'm 6'3 235 lbs, and I don't feel crammed in at all. Great tent!

This is a review for an older model, purchased in 2019. I absolutely love this tent and honestly can't think of anything negative about it. Yes, the material is thin, but that's what makes it lightweight. Just be smart about how you use it - put something underneath it for protection (I use Tyvek) and don't be yanking on zippers, etc. I use it for bikepacking and touring and it feels like a luxury item. There is tons of storage inside and plenty of room to sit up and store other things inside the tent. The vestibule is decent size and can fit a decent amount of gear under it. The poles can be packed inside the tent in the main storage sack but it needs to be rolled quite tightly to make that happen. Most of the time I store the poles somewhere else or strap them to the outside of the tent bag.

As a guide for backpacking trips, the Copper Spur HV UL1 is just what I needed. Lightweight, easy setup and great ventilation even on humid nights here in the Midwest. The pockets and mesh storage were well thought out to maximize the space inside.

Just what I was looking for .... We own the Copper Spur HV UL2 Bikepack, but sometimes there are three of us and we need more room, and sometimes I just go solo. Having a single makes it easy, depending on the need. The Copper Spur product line is easy to set up, even in the dark. Super lightweight with ample room. Love it.

Bought this tent for bike packing for two adults. Wife got sick and we now use it for touring on an adaptive tandem. Sleeps two adults with a service dog and all of our gear with plenty of room. We have been caught in some really heavy downpours and everyone and everything stayed completely dry. Love Big Agnus gear so much, I recently bought a bigger tent for overlanding!

I've use this tent in a few different situations, regular backpacking/camping, beach camping, and in the snow. It performs really well for me, is simple to setup, and does what it's supposed to, keep me out of the elements. Personally, I haven't had any issues with condensation or air flow, it's been a comfortable sleep. That being said, the time I camped in the snow, too much piled onto it, ended up bending a ridge pole, and cut a fat hole in the fly. I sent it back to BA and they fixed it, thankfully. All-in-all, I really like the tent and it is my go-to for just about every adventure.

I used this tent to hike the John Muir Trail. I love the spaciousness and tall wall near the head so you don't feel like anything is over your head. I love the side access zipper which make it easy to spin my feet out in the morning. I love that it is freestanding (the hard ground where I hike makes many stakes difficult). I also love that it is a dual wall design which really reduces condensate. I just wish that Big Agnes would make a crazy-light version of this tent with carbon poles and dyneema DCF material so the whole tent (minus stakes) could be under 1 lbs.

Cozy tent, spacious interior with plenty of room to sit up. Love the gear loft and media pocket. Have used it on snow (with snow stakes) and in rainy, windy conditions. Have never had it fold, but in severe wind it can get a bit sketch; I've had to get up in the night and reposition it to face the wind. I use my own footprint (a plastic sheet from hardware store). My one request: PLEASE put in a gear zipper on the non-entry side! Would really level up an already great tent.

What's great? Very light, nice design features in the "mezzanine", spacious can spend hours in it. Pitching is straight forward. What's awful? I've had the wind change in the middle of the night getting broadsided causing the "spar" pole to push the inner into my face. I'm sure proper guylines would solve this. It's given me serious anxiety using it in any windy conditions. Longer guylines would give better pitching options. The footprint doesn't fit, absolute con, not really fit for purpose. Doesn't come with enough pegs ridiculous at this price point, I've ended up swapping all the pegs for a preferred candy cane design. The bag could do with being a bit bigger as reduce faff packing it away. I wanted to love this tent, the most expensive I've owned and a gift, but the issues with it have given me a bit of a love hate relationship with it
