I would definitely buy again.

I use this tent for motorcycle camping. I put my panniers inside the testable at adventure rally's and leave them there while I ride local. I wish it would come with the cover without the vestable to.

Way better than my Clipflashlight

Works fine. Would like all the tabs on the tent, ground cover and rain fly to be labeled. Take out all the mystery. I labeled all mine with a sharpie. Sounds silly, but tired and in the dark it is EXTREMELY helpful!!!

Great tent, performs excellent, wonderful purchase!

Took it bikepacking and got to test out its rain durability on its maiden voyage! Severe thunderstorm rolled through camp with high winds and inch plus rain in 30 minutes!! The tent held up wonderfully!!! We have the full footprint and I did put my crocs under the lip to help direct the water under it, otherwise the rain would have flowed on top, but this was due to the amount in a short time and very dry ground! The whole tent/footprint was like being on a water bed! I thought for sure we'd be wet from the bottom up, but no, dry all over!!! My one concern is the rainfly on the vestibule, when I open it from inside or outside the tent, rain drips inside from the fabric and lands on the footprint. I can't figure how to flip it before rain drips in. We thankfully had a towel to soak it up but won't always have one so need to figure how to avoid getting the rain inside. Also confusion over which way the footprint goes. Seams up or seams down? Do we still match the colors or is that only for the tent/fly? Found a variety of answers online, not sure who is correct.

Great tent (small pack size, large living space)

Great tent, wish we had all of big Angus gear in the UK. As I would like to add the full ground cover. Very easy to set up and pack up. Love the porch as it create a space outside of the sleeping area in case it rains. The space inside the tent itself is really big compared to other two man tents and the storage pockets everywhere makes it easy to organise everything. The grey colour is also nice as it's not a standard green or bright orange or yellow, so you can disappear into the country by looking like a large rock.

Great tent, But....

Here's what I like: This tent sets up quite easily, I like the way the tent looks and the overall build quality is great for the price point. Its also quite sturdy and you have lots of room for a single camper and bags of room in the vestibule areas for your gear. I'm a moto camper and the 12" poles are a big plus and can pack quite easily into my panniers so there are a lot of plusses to this tent. Here's what I don't like: It's always challenging if not darn near impossible to pack a tent the same way as it originally came Manufacturers when they pack a tent are working from a packing blueprint and have packing aids that make it easy for them to pack the tent into its sack, they are also not packing it in adverse conditions. Because the footprint of the stuff sack for this tent is extremely small for the size of the tent itself you are going to have a really hard time getting it to fit properly back into its sack and in windy conditions you will probably need help. To me this is overly time consuming especially when you want to get out of camp swiftly. A word of caution on the 12" poles. While they are not a problem setting up the inner tent, If you are used to using a longer pole set up you need to be very careful when threading the long pole thru the large vestibule area on the rainfly, shorter poles have a habit of snagging so you need to pay attention when setting up and tearing down the rainfly. As I said, I'm a moto camper and I'm going to use this tent quite frequently and I feel that it checks off the majority of my boxes but I'll replace the stuff sack to make it easier to pack, I'll sacrifice a little space but I'm less concerned about that as a cycle camper or backpacker might be.

Fantastic Motorcycle Camping Tent

I have years of camping/moto-camping experience, and I know quality when I see it. This is my fist Big Agnes tent, though not my first BA product, and the quality is as you'd expect from BA ? outstanding. The materials and design are top-notch, no questions asked. The BIG reason I purchased this tent was the short-stick poles, for packing in my motorcycle panniers. I can't fit most (all?) standard pole lengths in my saddlebags, so bike-packing tents with short poles are the way to go. Many of us in the motorcycle camping world are figuring this out, and it's great that BA is providing what we've been asking for. Like the other reviewer said, this tent must be a consideration for motorcycle campers. It's not the lightest tent in the world, which is why I wouldn't necessarily recommend it for backpacking ? BUT, if you can afford to sacrifice a couple pounds, look no further. The "hotel" vestibule is another feature that really sold me on this specific tent, as opposed to a different BA bikepacking tent. If you have a low-slung camp chair (think Helinox) and a not-freakishly-long torso, you can totally sit comfortable under the vestibule, which I plan to do in the event of inclement weather. I included a picture below, where you can see my chair with my lightweight table. It's basically like bringing my living room with me! 10/10 would recommend this tent.

This is your next tent. Stop looking elsewhere.

I'm a Moto camper, off my adventure bike. Space is a premium so I purchased this bike packing tent. GREAT tent. Fits well in my panniers bags, while leaving space for other gear as well. Easy and intuitive to set up. Well constructed, large footprint that gives plenty of space for myself and my gear, plus leaves room to move, eat, change clothes etc.
