Worth the money

Bought this to go with my inflatable kayak. Absolutely worth the money. Takes me maybe 5 minutes to blow up all the chambers in the kayak and be out on the water.

Great pump, bad nozzles

Thanks to the double-action of this pump, it inflates my Advanced Elements kayak quickly. The nozzles at the end of the hose, though, are a pain. They're held together and attached to the hose by a short piece of plastic. It's so short that it makes it difficult to select the right nozzle, attach it to the hose, and then attach the nozzle to the valve. You're fighting the other nozzles all the time. Five stars for the pump, minus one for the nozzles.

Electric pumps are convenient and less of a hassle when pumping inflatables, but in order to get the proper firmness required for inflatable boats and SUP's you need a hand pump. Advanced Elements Double Action Pump with Pressure Gauge is a durable, high-flow inflation pump with multiple adaptors and a built-in pressure gauge. This piston air pump has a strong double grip handle and foot pads to aid in easy inflation of boats, SUP's and other recreational inflatable products. Pump comes with a long-corrugated hose and multiple adapters to fit most common valves on inflatables. Pump is bright yellow in color and even has full instructions for use and maintenance printed on the side, so you can't misplace them. Pressure gauge has a 0 to 15 psi readout. Pump measures approximately 18 x 8.5 x 4.5" (45.7 x 21.6 x 11.4cm) and weighs 2.5 lbs (1.1kg).
