A problem quickly reslolved

I wore the shoes through a major west coast snow and a rain storm. No leaks. The shoe ankle support was a bit stiff and took a few days to break in. Otherwise a very lght, comfortable shoe. I received shoes of wrong size. Called customer support and ordered another pair that was shipped promptly. The returned pair was credited promptly too. Customer service was easily accessible and helped resolve the issue quickly.
