The good: much more comfortable than alternatives on the market. You can actually hear with them in. They keep water out very well . . The bad: But they come out without warning. Despite carefully following direction at least one of my ear plugs came out

First time I tried them I got them figured out, inserted into my ear and they leaked. Removed and readjusted several times but still leaked. Back to my silicone plugs.
