This pad can be laid out really fast and swept up before someone sees me sleeping in an area that I'm deeeeefinately allowed to sleep in. The quality is enough that I can put it on concrete and my head won't hurt, so I'm definitely happy with it!

Love this pad

These pads are essential to my backpacking pack and are great for use an a bench/seat and sleeping pad. I also carry mine on every search for our Searcj and Rescue unit to have in case any subject is found and needs a soft barrier to help. The reflective side definitely helps to reflect body heat and keep you warm.

Perfect but disapointed with fast abrasion

The size, weight, and insulation are perfect. However, after three years of occasional use, the silver side has worn off and is no longer silver. It seems to wear down quickly, and I'm concerned about whether it still functions as it should. For the price, I expected better durability.

Z Lite SOL is worth the buy

The sleeping pad is an ideal base pad for putting a thermarest on top of. The Z Lite SOL sleeping pad is super light weight, provides insulation between the cold snow/ice at base camp and eliminates the feel of rocks and uneven ground through the thermarest. It's my go to set at base camp for mountain adventures.

Camo pattern or olive green colour desired

It's a good sleeping pad but I had to spray paint it so it wouldn't be so bright and obvious. Because it is so big, it had to be packed on the outside of the backpack, but being on a hunting trip, I didn't want to give out location away either. Needless to say, spray painting it wasn't my favourite option, but that's what needed to happen to allow the Z-lite to make the trip at all. Comfort-wise, I'm glad I brought it. In the mtns it sure helped keep the cold at bay and provide a small layer of cushion between me and the ground underneath my ultralight thermarest. My hunting companions were jealous.

Used steady under my airmattress for extra R-value and pad protection over a 3 month period. By the 1/2 way point the reflective material was worn away leaving dull grey on that side. Otherwise the pad did its job and worked well.
