As Good As The Front Range
I wanted a lighter weight, quicker drying harness for my active cattle dog/Aussie/border collie mix. She?s 40 lbs and fits perfectly into a small. She runs hard and gets hot quick. The front range was perfect in the winter, but in summer, she needs a little less weight/padding to keep cool. This was it! She also can be one heck of a puller when we?re on a long leash and she sees a bird or squirrel. The tiny clips hold up perfectly. Couldn?t recommend more!

It?s a very easy harness to use and adjust. My dog has no issues using ?no pulling or backing out of it. Love the color.

Love the harnesses, me and the doggos!
I had to return one harness for the next size up. Ruffwear made it so easy and fast! Harnesses adjust easily, very lightweight and comfy, according to my doggy friends. I like the back clip very much!

Max is getting used to it! His last harness was soft mesh and this one is a little rough but we are adjusting to it !

Great product
The Hi and Light harness is wonderful! I can easily adjust the fit as my puppy grows. She has never backed up out of it as she had with several other brands of harnesses and it seems to keep the leash from tangling around her legs better than others I?ve tried. Plus the materials used are high end.

Right fit
The harness does exactly what it?s supposed to do. The fit is perfect. Tessa seems to think she looks quite striking in salmon. I think that?s what you?re calling this color.

Love this harness!
This harness is easy to fit and stays in place. It doesn't get caught in my dog's long fur and there is no pulling of his hair. He seems totally comfortable and it took only minutes for him to accept wearing it.

Best Harness
I have a larger dog and harnesses have always left him with bad chafe. He wore this harness for long periods over a two day trip and didn?t develop any chafe! He loves it!

Great harness!
My dog?s PT recommended your harnesses and I?m glad she did! It fits nicely on my little guy, and is much better for him than collars. It?s durable and I love the blue color!

Light harness
The harness fits well, but our puppy is still chewing, and will wait until it?s a bit older to use as it would be easy to chew through.

Sturdy harness but lacks chest clip
I bought this to replace an older harness. The older style had a clip on the front (chest) section as well as on the back section. I had not looked closely enough when I purchased this and did not realize that it only has the top clip. I find the chest clip to be most helpful for keeping my dog from pulling.

Perfect Harness!
Greta is 100lb senior. We needed a harness to help guide her. She isn?t a puller and doesn?t need a heavy harness. This is perfect. Washes well too!

Perfect lightweight harness
It?s a great safety color for hunting season, easy to use & adjust. It doesn?t rub under his shoulders or get caught on branches as he secures the forest from squirrels.

The only dog harness that fits my dog!
My dog is half Maltese and half Shih Tzu so he has a little head and chest but he's a bit long in length so finding a harness that fits him and doesn't come off his head was SO hard! I must have tried 12 harnesses before I found one that wouldn't come up off his head when he pulled back on it. When he was a puppy he fit in a velcro harness but the fabric on it quickly became really rugged. This harness looks brand new almost two years later. He pulls on his leash a lot and the harness shows no signs of wear or tear and it looks great on him! Won't buy anything else. He is 2 years old now and wears a size XXS.

Great fit, lots of adjustment option, easy to wear.
So far so great! Her time in the harness so far has been flawless. My dog is furry, and barrel chested, not an easy combo to shop for. Not only are there many options for her size, but they don't land awkwardly right in-between her lengths.

Annie loves her new harness
Annie jumped on the chair to put it on when I took the harness out of the bag. I think she thought it was her K9 sports sack pack and we were going for a walk, but anyway, she was excited. Now she doesn't want me to take it off her. She has been wearing a Voyager harness since a puppy and it is just not right for her anymore as she is a stocky little thing. It was a little difficult to adjust, and it still needs some adjustment (but she won't let me have it). I think this is going to work well on hikes and at the park.

Love the minimalistic fit but slides easily
It?s only been about 3 days. We love how minimalistic the harness is. It?s a great everyday harness! One thing that I wish was different was if there was bit more ??grip?? on the straps so they wouldn?t slide around and loosen as easily as they do.

Four paws up
The XXS harness actually fits my 6 pound chihuahua. I had previously bought the front range harness in XS for her. Although it is a great harness, it was constantly shifting, and her little front legs kept coming out when she walked so I had to keep stopping on our walks to put her legs back inside. Her measurement put her at the very top of the size range for the XXS, so, if it were any amount smaller it would not fit. I do wish that this harness had some hidden elastic connecting the back straps / buckles like the front range, so that it wouldn't be so tight when she lays down, but it is a perfect fit for her while standing / walking. Another modification I would love to see in the future is the addition of a front clip, but overall, I recommend this harness.

9 year old lab-mix was experiencing shoulder issues with limping. Our vet recommended changing his harness to Ruffwear. Almost instantly he improved.

My Dog and I Are Both Happy
I wasn?t sure whether to get the High and Light harnessing ess or the Front Range. I went with High and Light for my 35 lb Beagle/Shepard mix. She?s doing great with it and I really like the little pocket and the fact that the closure clips are up high on her back, and easy to reach. We had to go through a ?return round?: Based on her measurements at first I ordered a Small, but this wouldn?t close without pinching her so I exchanged for a Medium. Even in the Medium, she needs to have the chest loops all the way open as far loose as they can go, while the neck loops are as far tight as they can go. If your dog?s chest measurement is near the top end, I recommend getting the next larger size. The harness is very sturdy and high quality.
