Shopper : Why Did You Choose This?ROBIN V : On the recommendation of a friend, I bought a pair of Olang boots with foldable cleats last winter, after one too many slips during an especially icy winter in Wisconsin. They cleats work great, and they flip up so they don't damage floors inside buildings. It includes a little tool to do this, but I've found my fingers can do the job. Warm boots + Water Proof + Ice Cleats That Work

I love the boots and like other reviewers, I did size up. I?m an 8 N-M and bought size 40. The cleats are easy to use and are helpful on icy days, even for running errands. When I used them for a long walk (a couple of hours), my feet were sore from not enough sole padding. So I removed the inserts and substituted Dr Scholls insoles for boots. That makes a difference. I also wear extra thick merino wool socks. My feet stay warm and dry.

This review is based solely on the appearance and shipping. I bought these for my wife and she has not used them yet!. Shipping and price were spot on ! No problems there. I did research and it said these ran a little small so I ordered an 8.5 and my wife wears an 8. They fit perfect! The spikes are nice look to be warm and have an extra reflective sole insert! This week will be the test for warmth.
